I have NO idea how this happened, but I slept from 3pm until 5:23am!!

Damn, almost 15 hours... I guess I am making up for lost sleep or something. lol.

I do not have much hope for sleeping tonight, which sucks because I have to bring my car to the dealer tomorrow for 7am. Guess I will klonopin myself tonight if worst comes to worst.

Last night was a toss and turn for me. I put my eye mask on to be completely in the dark but it made no difference. Sir laid by my side waiting, waiting for me to take my mask off and acknowledge that it was hopeless. He always knows!

Yes, he is a good boy. He helps me not feel so alone. So glad you got some sleep last night. I know I will tonight. Even if it's only a couple of hours I know I'll get something after a night of none.

Oh that's scary. Mums oxygen was low when she was in the hospital back in November. They could not figure out why, but it did improve enough that she could be take off the oxygen, but she does use a nebulizer twice a day. Plus she has inhalers.

I did sleep til 4 am but no dreams, sorry.

Oh, more on my special cat. He always sits with me when I do my med boxes. It's like he a self appointed supervisor. I do this in the dining room and he always comes and sits by me no matter what time I do them.

Thanks !

I hoping tonight will be the last need I need to binge watch ER and check his oxygen level every hour or 2 .. I am tired mentally and physically. Maybe once he is fully on his way to recovery I will crash and sleep for a day... Oh I wish for that

Are you sleeping any better ???

I love ER! I've been there checking on my husband every hour or so when he was having heart and breathing issues (he's fine now).

I am sleeping much better. I think I got a solid 6 or so last night.

to all

Weird long involved dream. I went to multiple colleges to apply for jobs and got a job as a spider wrangler. It was me and one other person. We had a jeep to drive and a lisp from A g or H that we were to follow. One of the items was wearing a mask and gloves. Third of fourth day we went after a scull spider but it was with another big scary spider and we couldn't catch it. We went out the next day and same thing. So the following day we teamed up with another pair of wranglers. I was sitting in the back when down from the ceiling came a baby scull spider. We messed about and came up with a cut glass crystal ball with a screw top opening. The little spider went in and I screwed the top on. After that there were a lot of other spiders to catch. Then we had to go though decontamination rituals. There's more but it faded. Ohh the large scull spider was scary. Toxic poison green fur. Eww.

Well, I went to bed at about 10:30pm and woke up at 4:28am -- not to mention I woke up 5 times in the middle of the night.

But yeah, less than 6 hours of sleep yet again when you consider the wakeups... ughhh. I'm TIRED. I don't know how you guys do it on less sleep. Here I am b_tching about 5 ish hours and some of y'all only get like 2-3, if that.

As long as I don't forget my evening meds I do fall asleep normally, but dome nights it's been late. My biggest sleep issue lately is multiple wakeups and some are very unpleasant. I wake up as if in a panic and then feel disturbed. Very often my husband isn't in bed because he stays up in the wee hours of the morning, as a night owl. Sometimes I wake up freezing and have to practically put the blanket over my head.

I almost always wake up early (5 am) then can't wait to get breakfast on became I am famished. If it's too early, I go down and get a glass of OJ and sometimes a yogurt, then eat again a couple hours later.
