My therapist asked me to email my pdoc regarding my insomnia and hypomania. I did as she asked.
I work in a hospital and I cannot even begin to tell you how many mental health issues we are seeing this time of the year |

I was so tired the other night that I went to bed at 730. I woke up at midnight and ended up staying awake all night.
The next night I did something similar but this time I tried to sleep again at 2am. I managed to get a few more hours. That's good but I'm still very tired. Maybe it'll be like this for a while - sleeping in 2 shifts. Better than only 4 hours I guess.

I have slept from 2:30 AM to 5 AM today. Now I am listening to some music.

I read far to much. Was about 3am when I turned off my light, then tossed and turned until 9:30.
Christina I hope you managed to get some deep restful sleep. You really need it.

I got 9 hours of glorious sleep !!!! I did however wake to a horrible headache verge of a migraine pain.. its finally lifted.. my physical pain is worse tho from being in bed for so long.
But I slept and it was really needed , things were getting outta hand.

That's fantastic. Now if the lungs would clear up so you can get that med you need so bad BEFORE you head for Florida, that would be fabulous

I fell asleep sometime between 6am and 8:30am werido dream that envolved from being on an island with a multilevel B&B with oodles of tici wood and some kind of purple burgers. There was a water plane and a pool with a waterfall and a storm was coming. Was rather discombobulated when mum woke me up to give her a ride.

I got a lil bit of sleep nothing to be all happy about ...I’m still high from 9 hours so its all good
 I dunno is anyone watches Shameless but all my dreams revolve around living next door to them . It was hysterical !! Ahhh to be a Gallagher

Four hours of sleep here. Whoopee! I hope this does not happen again. I am now listening to music through my new headphonea. Nice! Maybe this will help me sleep?

Approx 4 hours. I thought maybe the leftover sedated meds would help me get a longer sleep, but no.

Slept about 2.5 hours, got up for about 45 minutes, then went back to sleep for about 3.5 to 4. I'll take it I guess. Been up since 2:30 a.m. My teenage son has trouble with sleep sometimes too. He's been up since 3 a.m. We've just been listening to music and chatting.

Off and on sleep but the same dream throughout. Was with a man, he was taking me out to places I needed to go. Sometimes there was another couple with us. Mum and I were staying at some upper toney hotel. I was with a bunch of kids in a self wash-n-dry laundromat. One of the kids pooped in his baseball uniform. Then the kids were gone and it was just valley girls. I collected my stuff then the guy that was taking me back to the hotel paid the soap girl 14.95 ( yeah I know werid since the machines were all self pay) he was mad I had "allowed him to pay and wanted me to pay him back but I had no cash only cards. The four of us started walking back, then we were in a fancy car. I wanted to take the skyway past a bank and get the money to pay the pouting guy back. We went in the hotel though the back door cause ex president bush and his wife were having dinner. Bush paid the guy his $15 and told him to grow up
