Oh Christina I hope you get some needed sleep tonight. Wish there was a soft cloud for you to be comfortable on.

For selfish reasons I’m grateful for the insomnia club. It means someone is always available when it’s daylight here on the other side of the world.

Can't sleep. Seems I get one night of sleep then the following night I can't and that patter just continues. Read for awhile, listening to music now

I'm up. I love nights where I can watch ER/Grey's/Law and Order

I'm not sleeping much - a couple of hours here and there. My pdoc is aware (and concerned)

I think sometimes no matter how many meds are tried it just boils down to chronic insomnia.

I use to really panic if I was going 4-5- 6 days no sleep . Now!? Honestly the fact is I’ll eventually sleep. Yeah not getting a break from this awful pain sucks.

I’m just grateful I have books and Tv’s to fall into mentally

I spend the majority of the night tossing and turning. Around 4-5 am I start sleeping. But I've learned the hard way that it's too hard on my body to stay up reading and watching tv. So except for those times my bed turns into a rock I lay down. My back thanks me for that.

Ah! The nice thing about cats, their bathroom is already indoors.

I went to the bathroom around 4 am and my guy followed me back to bed, determined to get some pets. I hid my hands under the blankets and he went away.

I got a total of 7 hours sleep last night. It was broken up into 3h, 2h and another 2h with breaks of a few hours in between.

That's good news but the downside is that I have to go to bed at 5pm to make this work.

I stopped my Wellbutrin cold turkey (my pdoc wants me to take taper) in the hopes of improving my sleep more quickly.

I'll see how things go tonight.

O sleep well for some hours during the night, but the best and deepest sleep I get is after I've been awake for a couple of hours then do back to bed between 9 and 10:30 a.m. So my best sleep is during daylight hours.

I've thought about turning it around so I sleep between 7a.m. and 2 p.m., but it runs into problems with appointments.

Still up - staying late at work (my reasoning being that I wouldn't be sleeping anyway if I was home) was a mistake.

I see my therapist today - she's going to want one of us to touch base with pdoc

I truly need a sleep coma ... 16 + hours would really help especially before this trip.

Will it happen ?? I seriously doubt it , but one can wish

Hopefully with WB gone your sleep will condense into one full night with no wake ups

Can you flip your appts to later in the day ?? If given the choice I never schedule any appts until late afternoon just Incase I am able to get sleep

Plus I am a true night owl , I hate mornings all together regardless if I am up or not
