Nammu.. Awwww poor Sir not approving of your flip flopping .. Lil stinker

Had my phone session with my T today. Hes legit shocked that the sedation is still ongoing.. He said he doubts i've ever sleep every night for a couple weeks 6-7 years ago.

The only problem with sleeping so much is the amount of pain I am in when I wake up joint wise due to laying in bed so long , Fibro yes .. But joint pain I so hope Xelanz hasnt stopped working, I'll be a mess if so.. It will show up on my blood work.. I see my Rheumatologist in a couple weeks. Id say im crossing my fingers but they hurt..

Happy sleep cookies to all in need

That's sucky, Christina, about the pain. I think I've mentioned that I'm sure I have fibro. Never spoke with a GP about it because I haven't found one I trust that much. But my pdoc believes I have it.

Anyway, that's the down side, for me, of getting a good night of sleep. I awaken in so much pain I'm miserable. The pain itself causes me to feel tired, even when I've slept well.

Slept better last night than I have in months. In so much pain today that I feel queasy. Now I'm thinking of taking only 12.5 Seroquel tonight with the ZzzQuil, instead of the usual 25mg with the Z. I'll probably be awake at 1 a.m., but at least tomorrow won't be so physically painful.

Rock and hard place.

Nammu - I'm up because my cat was upset about me repositioning myself - lol. He's such an attention hog that once he's up in the night I must be up with him as well.

So it's 2:11am and I'm wide awake!

Sleeping meds not working tonight, probably because I slept more than 6 hours with a migraine, then a couple more after eating a light supper.

Woke up at three, heart racing. Scared about Covid. Scared for the president and Mrs. Trump and Hope Hicks. Spooky.

I've been taking 12.5 mgs Seroquel with the ZzzQuil annnd it's working better than the 25mgs was! I'm sleeping just as well, but without quite as much of a hangover. And the less Seroquel, the better.

Woke up at 2:30am. Figures I'd wake up so early on a day I can sleep in. Maybe I'll try to go back to sleep later.

I woke up a couple times before midnight. I fell asleep tonight with my headphones on. I woke up half an hour ago with this bad heartburn. It feels like I ate a ton of spicy McNuggets. I can’t take any supplements so I’m kind of out of luck.

Albert came after me with 4 well-executed attempts to get me out of bed at 1256. I immediately went to Defcon 22. However, on the 5th assault, he and his team dropped in off a Chinook at the foot of the bed, found an unprotected seam in the comforter, and made their way through difficult terrain, and nibbled and kissed my thumb. We have to regroup and retrain.

Hello my Sleepless friends,

I'm sorry so many people are struggling to sleep, It makes life so hard being exhausted all the time.

This Seroquel still has me sleeping 12+ hours a night, Its a drugged sleep so its not the best, but I'll take it until it stops helping with sleep. then I will get off it.

Sleepy hugs to all

Found out that Simply Sleep tablets are useless, so ordered 2 more bottles of ZzzQuil. I'm not sure, but I don't think the Seroquel is doing much, if anything, to help me sleep.
