I fell asleep at 10. I woke up thinking it was 6 because of how rested I felt. It was only 12:20. I wasn’t even upset, just disappointed. I tried so hard to make sure I’d sleep through the night.

Fell asleep last night about 8:30p and woke up at 1:30a. Bummer. Was hoping to sleep until at least 3:30a. I'm not working today, so maybe I'll try to lay back down in a little bit.

But anyway, I hope everyone can get some great sleep tonight or at least enough to be helpful..

I'm sorry you had such a nightmare. PTSD dreams seem to be especially upsetting

A little under 6 hours last night, had dreams about alcohol so that kinda sucked but I woke up about 4am and it was dark and foggy out so that was cool.

I woke up 15 minutes ago. I went to bed about 8. I didn’t have any caffeine yesterday.

Feel a lot better this morning. After waking up at 1:30am yesterday I layed back down about 5am but never really fell back into a good sleep and got up at 10am. But I was able to take a good 2.5 hour nap about 4pm. Then I took trazodone and clonazepam both about 9pm and went back to sleep. I was able to sleep until 4am this morning. I feel like I wasted my day in bed yesterday but at least I caught up on some sleep.

Yesterday was bad. I laid back down and I was so tired that though I wasn’t sleeping I was dreaming! Lucid dreaming. Very cool dream. I was in a old gothic looking church/school building riding this Art Deco looking mechanical fly with a vacuum hose coming out the mouth. I was about 100lbs and able to fly the thing and clean the air. I had these tiny gel packets that fueled the fly machine. I wasn’t paying attention and flew into 007’s lap while they were taping a scene in one part of the building. I ruined the take, but they loved my fly and wrote me into the script. Meanwhile horror music started playing and another part of the building I had not yet cleaned was being taken over by an evil pope. It used to be the psychological ward. I had pleasant memories Of being treated there. by it was being reconfigured into a lair for the devil. They were laying in wait for me to get to that part of the building then they were going to get me pregnant with the devil. But I outsmarted them by getting pregnant with the actor playing James Bond! Our baby was able to defeat the evil pope and the building went back to its previous life and I finished cleaning the air in the corners.

I fell asleep at 10:30 and I woke up about 40 minutes ago. So at least it wasn’t a couple hours after I fell asleep or 2:30 like I normally do. But I’d really like to sleep until 6:30 one of these days. I woke up thinking I was sick but I think it’s either massive anxiety or allergies. I took my Geodon and I seem to be feeling better so idk. I often wake up with monster anxiety that goes away the more I wake up.

I've been having no wine with my salmon (since a fang was taken out over a week ago). I've been sleeping ok mostly with only one 5mg diazepam. (and some piriton). Maybe cutting out the wine has helped with sleep. I wasn't expecting that.

I’d say that was a pretty cool dream. I watched most of season 1 but then forgot it was on.

Hilarious dream!

Is that state lucid dreaming? I have that happen a lot and I hate it. I thought it was hynogogic hallucinations. Freaks me out.

I got 12 hours of sleep. Yay. I woke up for a few seconds maybe 3 times and then for a few minutes around 2, but I was able to get back to sleep each time. My room was freezing and I was wearing shorts and a tank top but I had both of my weighted blankets 20 pounds total so I think that’s why I slept so good.

I call it lucid dreaming. I think it’s a lot like tripping. If you just let it wash over you and go with the flow it’s easier to handle.

I don’t know how much sleep I got but I think I got enough. I was up for a little bit around 2 but I got back to sleep. I’ve had 2 Mountain Dews and a large iced coffee so far today and I’m still kinda tired. So maybe I didn’t sleep that great.

Was a multiple wake up night. My cat has taken to sleeping on the far corner kittycorners from me. But he got up and left in disgust after the umpteenth time I repositioned all the pillows and moved from side to side again.
