This new living situation is stressful so I haven't slept good at all. Another 3 hrs maybe. I feel like the pills aren't working, but it's more like anxiety keeping me awake
Hugs to all.. I read as much as I can and losing sleep is awful for our overall health

Well I am still sleeping "too much" last 2 days I have been right at 12 hours so I think Seroquel is leveling off some. I have a tad less sedation, It's a bit easier for me to barge through the day.

As a person with severe Insomnia , Life long....so this sleeping every night is just so ODD.. But I really am enjoying it.. I will be sad when I am back to day after day or little to no sleep..

Sleepy calorie free cookies to everyone

I went to bed at 9 last night after being up since 2:50 and I still woke up at 2:43. It’s annoying that 6/7 nights I wake up at that time.

I just took my Geodon, topamax, a Xanax, and a 5 milligram melatonin. I am just really anticipating my appointment at 1 and if I can sleep through the majority of the morning that would be great. I try to set my appointments for as early as I possibly can but lately I’ve only been able to get 1-2:30 for all of them.

Took a relaxing bath. Feel asleep for two hours on my own (without melatonin or Trileptal). Woke up at 1 a.m. Took two magnesium chewables and one melatonin. Feel asleep for about six hours on and off.

Was too hot last night. Around 4am turned the air on and that helped tremendously. Had no where to be this morning so got 5-6 hours of sleep.

Seroquel seems to be leveling out / pooping out ( would not be surprised) Another 12 hours of sleep.. Its not going to last much longer.. So I am going to enjoy the sleep while I can..

I often nap midday which I know is the cause of my evening insomnia. I feel very, very bad that I do this. I do enjoy my sleep and cannot offer any tips. Unless you count not napping midday. I always just get sleepy around 3 ish.

Maybe you are thirsty or hungry. I used to go to a yoga class around 2-3 pm and always found myself yawning. Turned out I was dehydrated

7 hours total, but was awake 2am-3am and 5am-6:30am so it was kinda broken. I really recommend Temazepam for sleep. Nothing else works for me, and the best part is I don't remember anything from the time I take it until the time I fall asleep.

Woke up at 2:30am this morning. Only managed about 5.5 hours of sleep. Not terrible but not great either. Going to make for a long day.

I had a cool dream. I don’t remember what it was but I remember waking up and wanting to fall back into my dreams

Damn Ya'll I wish I could share some of the sleep I am getting, Its way too much ( yeah a life long insomniac complaining of too much sleep )

I had a major PTSD nightmare last night. Literally woke up Gasping and flailing.. The cause of my PTSD is something that my T and I have worked really hard on but its always going to be there, Which really pisses me off. Its not every night anymore so for that I am grateful.

But anyway, I hope everyone can get some great sleep tonight or at least enough to be helpful..

I’m waking every few hours. So I do sleep but it’s not a restorative sleep

Sorry you had a PTSD dream, those are the worse.

I’m going to get some sleep lotion tomorrow. I’ve had good luck with the Lush samples I got. I actually got a bit of a hangover from it one time even though I don’t think that’s possible. It’s too expensive online though and I don’t have a Lush near me so I was going to try Bath And Body Works sleep lotion. The melatonin completely crapped out on me and I’m now immune even to 15 milligrams and I’m scared to try another med.
