It looks like a sleepless night. I've had my medication, it's not helping. I don't want to go back to quetiapine, I notice just one dose and the next night is sleepless if I don't take another. My back hurts less the less I lay down. I slept ok last night.

I slept horribly last night. I fell asleep around 9:30. Then I woke up at about 11. Then I didn’t get back to sleep until 3:30. I woke up at 6:30. I swear things weren’t this bad last time.

Since it got boiling hot outside I’ve not been sleeping well. My bedroom gets very hot. Had the AC and my fan on last night but still couldn’t fall asleep until 1:30 and woke at 6! My cat was happy!

Despite the hot day, the night was cool and lovely. I slept well, but am up at 6, so it's back to sleep some more.

I didn’t sleep too well again. I fell asleep for a bit around 5 and I woke up about an hour later to eat some soup. Then I fell back asleep until 11:30 and I was up until 2:30. I woke up then at 6:30 and I’ve been up since.

I was just plain exhausted this afternoon and I fell asleep at 3PM. I woke up to try to eat dinner and I couldn’t so I went back to bed. I’ve been up since my normal 11PM time. My chest doesn’t hurt too bad but my back does.

I think I maybe slept for 30 minutes. Got frustrated at midnight and just got up and am staying up. I have to be up at 4:30am for work anyways. Trying to stay off Ambien awhile. It was starting to give me headaches and nausea after taking it for a month straight.

I haven’t fallen asleep yet. My pain has been tough tonight. I’ve gone through 4 ice packs a pain pill and an Advil since 5PM with little relief. I also took a melatonin an hour ago which felt like it went right through me. I may just take my morning Geodon now.

I'm still skimming close to sleep but not really sleeping.. At least Im forcing myself to stay in bed to at least allow my body to rest even if I don't sleep.

Part of me just wants to toss back numerous Xanax and get a hopefully decent night of sleep.. but I'm going to hold off..

Until then I am just enjoy reading my favorite book series again!

I woke up half an hour ago while it was still dark in a lot of pain. I managed just over 5 hours. I took some Tylenol and I’ll see if that does anything to help me sleep some more.

I had a dream where I was at some large party or it might have been a competition show. But I was upset because my mom was going to Target and Walmart and I wasn’t invited. But some other dudes and a girl were. This this guy I think it was Mr. Jay from America’s Next Top Model started *****ing at me about where “Nicole was” and that she was missing and it was my fault. I said I had no idea who or where Nicole was but someone had gone on the Target trip with my mom. Suddenly Nicole comes and Jay gives me a fist pump as an apology. Then after that I went to sit down to complete my project only to not be able to find it.

I also had this dream that seemed so realistic where I was supposed to meet with my old therapist twice before switching to the new one. Then I woke up and said “no you’ve done that already.”

I then woke up at 10:30 feeling confused and in pain.

I'm almost off the tiny dose of sleep Seroquel, with no major sleep problems. Melatonin is so-so helpful; I'm not wild over it...makes me feel queasy. A dose of ZzzQuil every few nights helps me sleep more deeply. I'll be so glad to be entirely off Seroquel, though.

I slept well last night. I woke up briefly, I’m not even sure what time, to take my Geodon. I think I may have also used my phone to do my Noom stuff. But I fell back asleep fast.

I slept from 6:00pm yesterday til 10:00pm and got up and wrote in my journal til midnight, then slept til 4:00am. So i got a decent total of eight hours, just interrupted, which is not ideal because i never got any deep REM sleep and feel tired today, eyes gritty.

I got desperate and took a quetiapine. But I noticed I was sleeping so lightly when my cat meowed. I think I'm going to toss the stuff out. It's basically as good as hitting myself over the head with a frying pan. For years that was all I took, and now I'm starting to realized why I never felt good. I feel sick to my stomach.

I've also been off opiods for a week, so that might be part of it. I'm feeling grumpy and hope I'll sleep some more but I doubt it.

Had one of those nights when you wake up a bunch of times throughout the night. I did take Ambien at about 10pm, but I don't think I fell asleep until midnight afterwards. Woke up at 3am, then again at 4am so I just got up.

Pretty much entirely reliant on Ambien now for awhile. Been 7 weeks now off nicotine patches and the insomnia is still killer. I heard it can take several months for the brain to go back to normal. I wish it'd hurry up.

I fell asleep around 7 I think. I woke up in the middle of the night to take my meds. I turned on my music for a bit. I also had some iced coffee and I resubscribed to a subscription box I had cancelled. Then I fell back asleep until 6:30.

I went to bed at 7:30 after taking 36 milligrams of melatonin and I woke up 3 hours later thinking it was at least 3:30. What is up with this particular brand of melatonin and me waking up at 11:30.

I am so sick of not being able to sleep!!!!!

It's 1:30am here. I slept from about 8:00pm to 1:00am, or five hours. Then the whole next day is a write-off because i am so tired. I have an IKEA bedframe i HAVE to set up because having my bed on the floor is a bedbug hazard. I had a small infestation twelve years ago and i live in fear of it happening again.

I just dread setting up IKEA furniture tho. The last time i tried i had to get a friend to finish it off after four hours of not getting any where. I fear failure again.

I'm still sore from my epic day on Friday. Why did i overdo it so badly? I'm also still smarting from my romantic failure. Why is my life such bull$hi/??? Why do i never have any fun???

Jane.

I’m wondering if my sleep is one of my main issues. Last night I took my morning Geodon at midnight. It was another night where I was up for 3 hours and I was desperate so I took the Geodon then. I took it now and I ate some soup so I feel a bit better. Not a lot but I am somewhat calmer and not as frantic as I was before. I’m also under my 8 pound weighted blanket. Which may not be the best idea because of my chest. But it does help with my anxiety. I’m hoping to be able to skip the melatonin tonight. At least the brand I have.

4 hours of broken sleep despite being super tired last night. Watched half of The Return of the King and I'm guessing I'm finishing that tonight.

My doctor cold turkey quit my sleeping meds so I’m not sleeping at all. But I do lay down and stay in bed for 8 hours. Otherwise my back will hurt too bad. Around 2 in the morning I’m pounding on the bed calling my doctor names. But I settle down and lay quietly again until morning. My eyes are gritty and my back is hurting and I’m irritable but otherwise ok.

Last night I had all 3 of my oral sensory things with me so I slept pretty good. I also had my 8 pound weighted blanket and I took 24 milligrams of melatonin instead of 36. I feel like less melatonin works better. I woke up for a bit around 1:45 to get some crackers and take my Geodon but then I fell back asleep shortly after until 6:30.

I didn’t take any melatonin last night. I felt tired on my own for the first time in a long time. I woke up at midnight though. I had a caffeine free Coke and I’ll take my morning Geodon in a bit.

I woke up at 8:30. I saw it was light outside and I hoped it was dawn. But no, the sun was just going down. Now I’ve been up for 2 hours. I fell asleep on my stomach and on my right arm so when I woke up my arm was asleep all the way up to my shoulder. I couldn’t move it for several seconds and then when I could it fell limp on my pillow.I still feels weird but Now mt chest hurts. I may go make some vegetables.
