Nope but did check the score. I am a little sore that Brady left the Patriots. 😒 have you ever wanted to just cut ties with everything you know and disappear?

Fairly well. I suppose if I disagreed with a compliment, I'd say so, in a nice way. It really depends. I'm generally harder on myself than others are on me, though I know when I do well. When I do, I give myself kudos.

What is your favorite animal and favorite plant/flower?

sure. I don't feel so guilty about the fact I don't do anything with my life. with lockdown everyone's pretty much doing the same thing

that: and their's no pressure to see people. being an intrivert, that defenetly works for me.

Introverted in general, extroverted when hypo. Do you have anything that you’re looking forward to in the near future?

Finally getting our stuff (we moved abroad) and having it unpacked and in place. Getting a new bed and having it in the downstairs bedroom. Learning how to better speak Czech.

During what season do you tend to be more active? And why?

in terms of exercise, none. I'm professional couch potato, no matter how you look at it
in terms of anything else: winter. I don't have the crippling depression of summer, the anxiety that comes with spring, or the... whatever I feel in autumn (to be honest most of the time I don't know, autumn's weird for my mood). but no: winter is my favorite season and the one I feel least depressed in
question: what issue you deal with bothers you most? (bp or otherwise)

Messed up sleep

Has your winter been more snowy, average snowy or less than usual snowy?

Does no snow at all count? We've had an approaching-decent amount of rain, though. And some spring flowers are already in bloom.

Mountains or ocean?

Mountains!

Have you ever thought about writing a novel (or even a short story) about your BP experience(s)?
Thanks for this!

Yes, AA and Al-Anon. I also attended some support sessions on handling grief, and a seminar series at my local library on coping with a long-term illness. The latter was not strictly psych, but for any long-term illness. Even though attendees didn't all have psych issues, I learned a lot from them on coping. Obviously there are parallels.

Have you interacted face-to-face with another person with bipolar disorder? What aspects of their bipolar disorder affected you?

I have met and been aquaintenced with, and had brief friendships with several people in real life with BP, none of them affected me any differently than people without BP.

Have you had a romantic relationship with someone who also had bipolar disorder?

It was a novel, and I can't remember the title. It was about a factory worker who lived with her sh**ty sister, mother and her brilliantly adorable 4 year old niece. It took place in small town Ontario in the 70s, the protaganist had the misfortune of falling hard for a messed up stunt man. Anyway, I really enjoyed it.

What's the most recent documentary that you watched and liked enough to recommend?

What the Health...It’s on Netflix. They have inpatient programs and intensive outpatient programs for drugs and alcohol. Do you think there should be a special program for sugar withdrawal and nutrition in general.
