Woke up 3 times to go the bathroom last night. Pretty sure I have a uti. Got up at 6 am drinking water. I’ll call in about an hour, not sure what time they open. I’m hoping not to have to go in but get a prescription over the phone.

Even in my dream I had an infection. Blah 😑

Altho I woke up in a better mood I didn’t sleep well at all and the Fitbit agreed lol I’m surprised it seems to do a good job.

It also has a feature to track mood/stress and that was pretty accurate yesterday and this morning.

On the APP is has lots of meditation and mindfulness videos to help with stress. I plan on watching many and see which type seem to help more.

Here’s hoping great sleep and wonderful dreams happen for us all tonight !

Christina Glad you’re feeling better and hoping sleep catches you tonight.

The nurse did send a script in over the phone and I got it and already had my first one.

I woke up about 15 minutes ago confused and feeling like I was having a stroke. Now I'm just really nauseated and I have bad heartburn. I took some pepcid and I'm eating some Pop Tarts.

I didn’t sleep well but only had to get up once to go the bathroom. My dreams were fantastic if a bit sad at times. Mostly I was in my twenties. It was a hilly London urban area about 1900’s I found myself in at first. I was pushing a petal car up the slope. There was a lane at the top that Vered off behind some trees so I headed for that. I parked the car there then went though to the shop. There was all kinds of magical games and trinkets. The owner was dressed as Peter Pan. He explained the games. I wish I could remember them the way they were, there was one that was based on Sherlock homes. I spent idyllic time there then I had to go home which was in the 1940’s in the mountains, but I was still 20’s. I had ordered the games to sell them. I shared a space with 4-5 other people we each had our own space in a wooden store. The store was in the woods and the others sold camping and mountain gear. Then someone stole all our stuff and a new modem brick building was being built. I wolfed the mystery it was a couple that sold the mountain goods, they wanted to get back to the cities and wanted the insurance money. We stocked the store again but not with any of the magical games. Just ordinary games. I went back to the shop in London and was welcomed back. I didn’t want to wake up but stay at the magic game shop.

I feel like a wobbly walking cluster**** of fatigue. I ate a bowl of chili last night for dinner. Then I quickly fell asleep. I woke up at midnight super anxious. Valium is not an option. So I tried my vistriel. I fell asleep until 4:33 and I just feel super lethargic and I've had 3 sodas and a latte and I can still barely hold my phone. I was just on the vistril last month. So I don't know what the diffrence is. I'm trying to wake up. So far I have my boots on and thats it. I'm still in bed.

I had a bad night of waking constantly but interesting but anxiety producing dreams. I was learning magic and then had to defend people from magical creatures. But my ability to produce a fireball or stick the creatures high in a tree was weak. I had to stand helpless on the sideline while the other students fought. But in the end I rallied and produced a big fireball that took out the main bad guy.

My other dream was walking down the street with mum when she went weak and laid down in the street. I finally got her up but looking ahead there was no where close for her to rest.

After so many nights of bad, broken sleep I took malatonin last night. 10mg. I finally slept well. But here it is, 3:30 p.m. and I feel like I could crawl in bed and sleep until 9 tonight. But I won't.

You should write your dreams in a journal… I bet you could get it published

I’m spending more time in bed but not more sleep.. I just get so nice and warm I hate to leave lol

But my dogs always want to go out and do their thing. By the time they are back inside I’m too awake and coffee is more appealing.

Sleepy hugs my friends

Yeah, warm beds on cold days are hard to leave. My guy knows when I’m awake in bed and comes to get me up!

Ugh. Worst sleep ever. I took melatonin again, but it didn't do anything. I find that to be a problem with the otc sleep meds...they work great for a night or 2, then stop working. I have to give them a week break before I use them again. Not very helpful, overall.

I have some major chores to do today, my hope is that I'll be able to take a nap later this afternoon. *sigh*

Had taken Ambien every day for 3 weeks so I could sleep while I was fighting covid. Ugh trying not to take it now. Been up 24 hours straight. So tired but having bad anxiety. Throat won't quit feeling tight, so can't relax enough to even lay down.

I fell asleep before 7. I slept pretty much uninteruppted until 5. I woke up breifly around 12 something and I thought I was going to have issues. But I didn't.

I've been sleeping a lot lately.

I slept off and on. I woke often but mostly got back to sleep. Dreamed I went to a huge horror carnival house to sleep overnight with my cousin. There was huge exhibits of past carnivals and places like Walt Disney but they were all outdated and twisted somehow. We kept getting stuck in time loops.

I slept well last night, yet I am so sleepy today. I ordered Simply Sleep tablets from Amazon. They used to be helpful for me, so I'm hoping they'll give me a couple of nights in a row of good sleep. I'm doing laundry now, but I think I will try to nap afterwards. These sleep issues are really getting to me.

Well, I seem to be running on the residue of something, maybe from a dream that had some energy in it. I hope you believe in things like that. My eyes think they want to close. But something else insists that certain things have to be done . Anyway, I am still sleeping for an hour or two & always waking up from a dream that I can seldom remember for more than a few minutes.
