Amazingly woke up before my cat last night. Normally Bean starts crying to go out at 3am and Lu starts hissing at him around 3:05am. I woke up at 2am and he slept until 4am! I had no distressing dreams that I recall last night too. Just that I worked at Market Basket and it was really freaking boring.

I was tired/kind of depressed and worried so I didn't BS around on my phone I went straight to bed with my music at 5:30. I fell asleep at 6 and I woke up at 12:30. I wish my TV worked but I lost the remote that turns off the DVD player and switches from the DVD player to the TV. And that really sucks because I have no idea how to get a replacement remote for a TV I got 5 years ago. So I'm just listening to music.

Went to bed about 11:30, read for a time, used my sleep lot My daughter gave me but couldn’t sleep. Finally gave up and watched Big Bang for awhile. I think it was around 3 when I went back and thankfully did fall asleep. Cool dream, being in Florida with cousins. Cool futuristic house. So even if short on sleep I feel pretty good.

I could handle feeling a little tired if my eyes weren't sore and grainy-feeling. I'm using gel drops, which are quite helpful for a while. I'm thinking of asking my GP for prescription drops, though.

Yeah, the gritty eye thing is pretty horrible. I use gel eye drops too. I can’t find my favorite Blink, anymore. I had to switch to Refresh, the only other gel drops I could find. I use them a lot more on my less sleep nights. My mind might get high from lack of sleep but my body can’t handle it any more. But my eyes especially. I get blurry visions too.

Yes, the blurry vision is a real pain. I've been using Systane gel drops. They were on sale on Amazon, so I bought them.

Took the full dose last night and slept like I was charmed. Woke up wide awake, but nevertheless I tried to snuggle down in my warm bed for a few more. Sir came and let me know that he needed food! Ha ha. Don’t have the foggiest what I dreamed.

Still having a lot of insomnia. Couldn't fall asleep until 5:30am this morning then was up at 9am. Have fallen asleep today for a couple of 1 hour naps.

My boyfriend talked me into scheduling with a sleep specialist. I go on 2/7. Then the other night I must have been keeping him up because he said my snoring is worse and he thinks I might have some mild sleep apnea going on now.

I fell asleep around 7:30. I kept waking up and falling back asleep all night. Around 12:20 my brother woke me up with his OCD and I was worried I'd be up but I immediatly put my earbuds in which had fallen out and I fell back asleep. I woke up right at 6:59 and I got up about 15 minutes later to take a shower.

I fell asleep around 7 and my brother woke me up with his OCD at 12:30. I tried to fall right back asleep but it didn't work and I've been up since. I doubt my mom will do anything about it. She doesn't let me do laundry on Saturday mornings at 9AM because she doesn't want me to wake him up. I don't know. Maybe she just doesn't understand or see what she's doing?

Hi, Mountaindewed, could it be that your mom thinks that washing your clothes is controllable & maybe the OCD isn't sometimes?

Had a wild dream. Was kind of confusing but part of it I was in a small van being driving by a college dorm mate. She still looked like she did back in the 70’s, I was about 35, other people in the van looked like strangers but we were acquaintances. We were going quite fast up a wilderness path, there were lots of cars all going fast. Then suddenly she made a left turn and a car darted out from that road. Though we hit each other we kept on driving till we reached the top. There was a huge pine tree in the middle and wooden houses like in Europe. We all got out and checked into our room which was full of bunk beds and had a hot chocolate while the driver took the van to go look for police. While she was gone I joined a different group to go sightseeing. We climbed a pine tree and while sitting way up high I suddenly had a panic attack. I had to breath though my feat to get closer to the center of the tree where I felt safer. Then I was in our room. With some of the people from the van. I was pretending to sleep, while the one legged Asian read the paper standing up. The slow guy was watching sleep and another lady was doing a rubicon. Then Jan came back with forms we had to fill out about the accident. They were like the draw and lift to erase tablets from my childhood. There was a maze to complete and a space to write.

Yeah thats excatly what she told me. I still find it annoying to be woken up at least once a week at midnight because of him. Then it has the chance to mess up everything if I let it.

But 9AM I feel like is a reasonable time to start laundry.

Yes, of course! I definitely agree.

It took me awhile to fall asleep. Until about 7:30 and I woke up at 1:30. After being up for almost 20 hours. This time I just woke up. I first woke up at 11:30 covered in gross drool. I'd rather have night sweats then deal with that. I should get back to sleep. I'm not sure if I can/will though.

But I was expecting to sleep in until 8 just based on how I slept the other night.

Edit: I just needed to eat something. Then I got back to sleep. So I was up for maybe 20 minutes.

Very broken, sleep. I woke up for various reasons. My ear was burning, so I turned my head, my nose was plugged, turned my head, my ear was burning again, turned over again and my nose plugged up, … got up and adjusted the fan but never got back to sleep. Even my dreams were weird. Was in a huge, huge mall and part of a stepford wives contest. In a kitchen that was 3/4 ordinary size and made out of plastic. But I was supposed to make meatloaf look after three kids and do it all dressed up in plastic shoes. Then in a later dream I was part of an architect project we were in a bar type place to get our assignments then slept in beds stacks up like logs. Just a really long night.

I can't regulate my temperture and it seems to have started around the time I went down on the dose of my injection. But theres a blizzard outside and I am in a T shirt and a gym shorts. I want to avoid the drool so I have my oral sensory thing I may use if I need it. Currently I don't. I'm trying one melatonin tonight and my regular amount of Geodon.

Idk what time I fell asleep it was definitely around 2am though and here it is 4am and I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed!

....idk if that's a good thing or a bad thing now that I mention it. I was excited to feel good but maybe things are starting to go off the rails a little bit.

I was sound asleep when my phone chimed It was the weather service announcing a warning. They did this several times yesterday and nothing changed. I have no idea why they needed to send that out at 3:15 AM. Now it is 4 AM and I'm wide awake. I don't want to be awake...

I fell asleep around 7:30. I woke up at 4:52. I know I woke up a couple of times but it wasn't a big deal. I dreamt about giant $40 Sams Club chocolate and carrot cakes and then about the food at their cafe.

Wednesday is my day to take the full dose. Ahh I slept great. From 12:30 to 8:30. But I didn’t want to get up, the bed was so comfortable. Had great dreams but can’t really remember them. Just at one point there was a contest for cars with cars under a huge red top.

I was actually pretty cold and wearing a hoodie until I took my melatonin and now I am pretty warm in a T shirt and a throw blanket. So maybe its the melatonin. Idk. I just know at night I am uncomfortablly warm in a T shirt and gym shorts and no socks and freezing in a hoodie jeans and boots during the day.

I'm wondering if it is the melatonin. I just always feel so queasy and off and I know the lady who gave me the orginal bottle said it interferred with her meds. Maybe I should find some new stuff.

Last night I fell asleep around 7 and I woke up around 5 something. I woke up a bit at 2 trying to figure out something but I gave up and fell back asleep.
