I had taken a nap during the day. I fell asleep around 6:30. I woke up at 11:30 I think because my closet light was on. I was super hungry so I just said F water weight gain and the scale and I drank a protein drink and a caffeine free Coke. I got back to sleep for about 45 minutes around 2:30. So at least thats something.

I received my meds yesterday. The pdoc actually increased my meds a bit. So I took the new dose last night and had a great sleep with a confused dream. I stay at this level for 14 days then decrease down by 2..5 mg for two weeks then another decrease. Oh, I hope it works.

We had nasty storms blow through last night. Heavy rain and oh WoW the wind. Luckily no damage. But I couldn’t fall asleep until 4-5 am.

I had a dream that somehow Gus turned female just to have a baby lol strange.

Lol talk about fun dreams! Lol Gus as a pregnant female! You have some pretty good dreams yourself.

Yeah I have hope in this pdoc. Not so much in the new pharmacist she only gave me half. The information. I plan on following this pdoc information and plan cause I really want off this drug that’s not really working anymore. My way didn’t work so I’ll try his way.

I woke up at 2:30 with my stomach a mess and my anxiety high but that went away pretty fast and I feel pretty good now. I just crashed last night after 40 mil of melatoinin. I dont think it was even 6 before I just fell asleep without my music which I normally can't sleep without.

I don't think I actually fell asleep since a forced (by the body) nap yesterday, but I seem to be ok right at this moment, although feeling tired.

My alarm went off at 5:15 and I signed up for aqua fitness but I’m on the wait list. Guess I’ll have to make it 4:55am. After I took the garbage out and watched a have hour of tv went back to bed, no dice. My dream before the alarm went off was creepy weird. I was washing clothes at what looked like a southern plantation slave quarters remade into a laundry, gift shop and play area for kids. But this one kid shook her head and her long dark straight locks and the apples she had in her hair went flying. My wash was in two dyers when a weird animal with suctions on it came flying around. No wings. And two long barbed things sticking out it’s face. Landed on me twice and I got a small electric shock. Then later I went back and there was a group of teens playing a game with a huge red felt blanket and tons of marbles. I asked if they had seen that thing around. No but a mother daughter talked to me. They had heard of it…..then the alarm went off.

I fell asleep at 7. I woke up right before 1. I listened to music for 7 a bit and then turned on the TV show I recorded last night. I got about 20 minutes into it before falling asleep. That was at 2 something and I woke up around 3:30 and then dozed off again until 4:15. So I guess it was a pretty succesful night.

Got about 5 hours. So-so. Dreamed of a Christmasy place that was having weddings. There were 3 of us getting married. And a trio of sisters and their mom running the place. They were rude so I said no, I wouldn’t get married there and the dad was apologizing for the girls. Still no. Then somehow I was in a apartment that was overcrowded and there was a little boy everywhere I turned. He irritated me but by the end we were friends

I do sleep. I know because I wake up from sleep & still in a dream that's disappearing. But sleep time too short, so too tired to fulfill my plans.

I slept last night from 9:30 to 1:00. After you give up tossing and turning, what do you do for the rest of the night so you don't disturb your sleeping family? I watch tv quietly, get on my computer and crochet. And at intervals try to lie down and get more sleep.(no sleep for me)

I think I need a new melatonin. I think mine stopped working. It took awhile for me to get to sleep but once I did which was around 8 I slept ok until almost 2. Then it was off and on until 5:20. I slept without my shirt on from 8-2. I still feel amazing that I can do that.

Mm about 12:30 7:30, but riddled with anxiety dreams. From about 4:30 on was constantly waking.

I tend to watch tv mostly re watch ER is my favorite all time show and it’s comforting or scroll Facebook. Reading I also enjoy. When I just can’t can’t sleep I love taking showers the water is soothing and at least relaxes me.

How are you sleeping Christina? Actually for me that’s pretty good. I think the anxiety dreaming is concern over mum. It was good to see my sister today and share some of the concerns. Mum’s been having bad days.

I took just one of my new melatonin and fell asleep almost instantly from 6-2. I woke up breifly at 11 to grab a package that was delivered. I really don't mind the 6PM-2AM sleep schedule. Whenever it is that that I do go back to work I plan on working the first shift and that can often start at 5AM. So 2 is not a bad time to be waking up.

I slept from 6-2 and then from 2:45-4:15. I don't feel too sick but I feel pretty anxious for some reason.

I felt like crap physically and mentally and I fell asleep around 5. I woke up a few hours later confused and thinking "is that PM?" Because it was so early. And I feel even worse physically now.

Last night was some mess. I fell back asleep right after my last post and then I either woke up at 11 something or right before 1. I don't remember. I had a dream where my aunt and uncle and me and some other lady were having dinner with the designer Michael Kors in NYC near Harlem. I stayed up as normal but then dozed off around 3:30 for about 45 minutes as I normally do. Its not been the best schedule and I don't really feel very good physically or mentally again today. But I'll have to make it work at least until therapy is over.

I've been mostly up since 11:30. I was just lying down at 2 or so yesterday afternoon and I was boilng hot under a throw blanket but I still accidently fell asleep for an hour. I only took 10mil of melatonin so I don't feel sick or very anxious. I wonder if its the new furnace. I can't seem to get comfortable. I've been going from hot to freezing very fast for a couple days. It may be from restarting my injections. But all night I've gone from shorts to sweat pants to a hoodie to no shirt at all to multiple blankets to no blankets. Like is this normal?
