We're a mess. But hey, we're cool! It says so in the title.

Me: last night was a series of wakings and fallings-back-asleep (can I write it that way?). I'm not sure what it added up to, but it was enough to function well enough today. What more could I ask for?

I fell asleep fast at 6:30 and I actually stayed asleep until.3:55. I feel ok but also like I could use more sleep.

I seem to be sleeping more often lately, & a better sleep, though short.

Mum had the heat way too high. I finally got up around 1:30am and turned it down. Was then able to fall asleep. My cat woke me because somebody came. To the door. Turned out to be more flowers for mum. It’s her birthday today. 94th. I slept ok once I turned the heat down.

Congratulations, @Mountaindewed, @Breaking Dawn, and @Nammu on some pretty good sleep. Mine was okay; it took a long time to fall asleep and I don't know when the magic finally happened, but it was enough to have a pretty good day.

Accidentally leaving the heat higher at night is a sleep-wrecker for me too.

I fell asleep so fast I thought I had taken something extra. But I didn't. I woke up early though and hungry. I ate a small bag of chips and I'm hoping to get back to sleep.

I got back to sleep after some meds and I woke up at my normal time.

@Mountaindewed
I eat potato chips before bed because they keep me from getting hungry in the night.
@raging vortex
I can't sleep in storms either.
@Breaking Dawn
Did you ever get to sleep?

I did better last night. I only woke up about 3 times and fell back asleep each time , and woke up finally about 15 minutes before the alarm clock.

Last night I looked up "yoga for sleep" and found a youtube video "5 min Yoga for Bedtime" by a young woman named Kassandra. I only did one of the 3 exercises, so I don't know if it helped, but the woman's voice or what she was saying were so soothing I felt somewhat drowsy just listening to her. I'm planning to do the whole thing tonight.

I was finally able to nap a couple of times today, complete with dreams that seemed real, one containg a talking cat.

I woke up about 15 minutes ago with insane anxiety, heartburn, and a headache. I got about 3.5 hours of restful sleep. I don't even know what I ate yesterday. Or if it was enough or what.

I was up for about 3 hours. I then got another hour of sleep. Its still earlier then I thought but I don't feel as bad as I did before. I ate some chips and had a Coke and then took some meds before falling back asleep.

Oh, very little sleep. Was part of a great social experience that turned dark. Woke way too early to a weather event. Ice and snow school, church’s and business closing. Man my eyes are burning.

I fell asleep fast at 5:45. I woke up at the same time as yesterday. 11:30. I'm not sure what to do now. I'm not very tired or anxious. My phone is charging so I can't listen to music. I took a zofran when I woke up so I think thats why I'm ok right now.

Edit: I can't really complain though since I did get 6 hours of sleep.

I got about 2 to 3 hours of sleep & woke up from a very stressful dream. I still feel emotionally drained, from that & other things.

I fell back asleep around 4:30 but woke up about 15 minutes later. I too had a stressful dream. I had a dream about my current health oredeal. The whole reason my sleep has been messed up in the first place these last 2 nights. But then I was able to doze off again and I got about an hour total after 11:30. Which I'll take over being up nonstop since 11:30.

Sleep isn't a major problem for me now so I guess I'll stop reporting in on this thread, at least for now (and I hope forever ). See you on the Bipolar Check-In.

It took me awhile to fall asleep. I woke up right before 1AM. Which is better then 11:30 but still early. I went to get a Mountain Dew and my mom was up watching the news. Normally shes been asleep hours ago. Kinda freaky to be honest.

My sleep is a little messed up right now. I wasn’t able to sleep at all last night, even with sleeping meds. Tonight I got some sleep, about 4-5 hours. It’s frustrating. I hope it’s not a sign of burgeoning hypomania.

I slept from about 12:30am to around 4am. Good dreams. I was one part of two that were checking out this workhouse and how they treated people. I was in a room like a dorm room waiting for my partner to break me out. I’m exhausted

I went to bed feeling totally fine. But I woke up at 10:30 with my anxiety through the roof and a stomach ache. Maybe I'm just super hungry. I didn't really eat dinner. Or much of anything all day. But I will not be up since 10:30. I'll figure out a way to get back to sleep.

I went to bed with a lot of anxiety. It took awhile for me to fall asleep. I took 30mil of melatonoin and I woke up covered in drool. So I guess I took too much. I think I fell asleep at about 9:30. I woke up at 4:18. So it wasn't a bad night sleep wise just anxiety wise

Edit: My anxiety turned into really bad heartburn and I was frantically trying to open my new bottle of pepcid before I almost threw up. I took a pepcid and now my anxiety is the lowest its been since yesterday morning.

It is so tough trying to figure out whats up when OTC meds work better then benzos and other psych meds.

Hey everyone !!! sorry for not being around.

Hope everyone is doing well and getting some sleep

I’m not doing so well so I’m in bed far to much but partly it’s cold and in bed is the only time I’m really warm. But like who wants to leave a warm comfy bed !!?

Sleep hugs
