My new pdoc is so nice to me. He gave me more samples of new med while I wait to see how much my insurance will for sure cover. I told him
How my boss embarrassed me by pointing out my head nodding ocd tic. He told me it’s just ocd and not my fault and of course it got worse after my boss pointed it out.

He’s really cool and I feel like I can trust him
So I ended up telling him I’m seeing spirals but no spiders or bugs on my luckily

Right now my dx is severe mood disorder with psychotic features, generalized anxiety, ptsd and ocd. Mood disorder wise he is leaning toward bipolar.

When I saw the pdoc since he is new to me he asked what my dx is. I said some same sza bp type and others bp w/psychotic Features-take your pick! Lol he said well what do you want and I said I didn’t really care. For now he has down “severe mood disorder with psychotic features. I talked to my t today and he said he believes it’s more sza bp type bc I’ve had features even when I wasn’t in a mood episode. I remember that only once but he says it’s happen men few times. All in all
It doesn’t matter.

My t is a psyd and specializes in trauma and said he doesn’t think I have a personality disorder at all but rather just complex trauma ptsd stuff which
We knew.
