I wish I knew how long I’ll be sedated for. I need to do some errands- one of which is grocery shopping as I’m pretty low on food. N3 and I need to get bloodwork done on Monday but he’ll be driving. Im afraid to drive while this sedated.

Yes definitely don’t drive with your level of sedation you sound pretty knocked out

Now it’s 3:45 a.m. and I’m wide awake eating cereal.

I’m still sedated but at least I got up at 11 instead of 3! My mom’s husband took me to the store so I could get some food and a laxative. I took it about an hour ago. Hopefully it works by tomorrow. I’m not sure if that’s a side effect of the Caplyta or not.

I spoke too soon. I’m tired. Taking a nap…

I slept till 11 when N3 called. He wanted to pick me up in ten minutes to go get our blood drawn and I said I needed a shower so we decided that he’d get me later. It’s supposed to snow and ice at 7 so I hope he’s careful driving home after class.

I’m feeling like I’ve gained 20 pounds. I doubt it’s true but I’m just having one of my I-feel-huge phases.

Case manager called. Said pnurse says to take the Caplyta at 8 pm instead of 10 to avoid so much sleepiness the next day but that it should go away about two weeks after starting it.

N3, his gf and I are downtown at a coffee shop. N3 and I got our blood drawn at the doctor’s office.

I forgot! My fertility friend app says my period is supposed to start today but I forgot and didn't bring anything! Hopefully it's off by at least another couple hours.

I think 8pm sounds like a good time to be taking the med. hopefully your period holds off a few more hours for you. Mine is so erratic I can’t track it these days.

I made it home without starting my period. Maybe it won’t even start today.

I put some pads and tampons in my purse though I’m not going anywhere tomorrow because of the ice storm.

My mom said she’ll take me to do my errands at some point during the next week. Hopefully by a week and a half from now this somnolence will have worn off.

Still no period. Weird. My calendars usually right. Can’t be pregnant- had tubes done 15 years ago.

My eldest child and I are going out to coffee tomorrow. Should be nice.

We had a nice time! We talked about her borderline symptoms vs my bipolar ones.

All of the sudden I’m hearing zombies do screamo songs. It sounds like it’s kinda far away but I can still hear it.

Now hearing ambulance sirens that also sound far away.

My daughter is diagnosed borderline and bipolar. It’s a tricky diagnosis.

It is. I always figured N1 was bipolar because she can get so highly energetic but apparently that’s part of borderline. She also has ADHD so I wonder if the “hyper” bit plays a part too.

My daughter is awaiting further assessments for an ADHD diagnosis. My 5 year old son has been diagnosed with it by a paediatrician.

According to my daughter, ADD doesn’t exist anymore, only ADHD.

That makes sense from what I’ve read up on it.

Caleb made our train reservations for our trip in May! Now we just need to find a hotel near the station.
