Mountains. Although I loved the desert when I visited it. And I love the ocean. So maybe all of them? But mountains are dearest to my heart.

What was your first job?

First "sign here, do a W2, clock in, have a pay check" type of job (as in not counting pet sitting, shoveling, yawrd card, etc.) was rides operator at an amusement park.

Same Q

I was a check out girl at a supermarket called Checkers.

Will you be a little tipsy or sober on NYE?

Probably a little tipsy admittedly. Bought one bottle of sparkling wine to share with my husband. I'll have a glass of that.

Do you make New Year's resolutions and if so, what are they?

Usually I don't, but this year my resolution is to keep sketching this year

Have you taken down your Christmas tree/decorations yet?

I have not-to be fair, the only thing I have up is a table top Christmas tree. Also, I'm Catholic so the celebrations just start on Christmas day so I'll leave it up for a bit yet. I'll probably take down the window clings I have up in my classroom before the kids come back though, especially since two of the clings were stollen-I don't need more stollen.

Same question.

No. There's still scratchies in there!

Should I shove a knife in between my ribs? I know that's not the intent of this thread...hmmm...between which ribs should I shove a knife in in the event I were to, which will not happen?

A little depressed. Not too bad. I'm having some trouble balancing the time/intensity of my SAD lamp. If it's high enough to be great for depression it messes up my sleep. If it's low enough to sleep ok it's not enough for the depression. But I'm handling it so far.

How are you sleeping right now?

I keep waking up 2-3 times a night and sleep 10 hours. I like that I can sleep more.

How have you coped over the festive season? Was it okay?

I would never do this because I can't afford it but I love the rainbow hair I've seen on videos. I'd also look like a clown with curly rainbow hair but I'm pretending that wouldn't be true.

Same question.

I would go for that unicorn/cotton candy look if I had either the skill or money to have it done, for sure.

How "healthy" would you rate your average day?

Yes. I've started a food journal and counting my calories.

Anyone else?

I stick to a certain calorie value and log my food. I don't think I'm actually losing weight though. I need to exercise more. I'm working on getting things together so I can go to the gym but I've been doing that for a while now. Acquiring clothes, a new ankle brace, etc. has turned out to be expensive and not easy. I need to start exercising at home though. I've just felt lazy for a while. Probably SAD.

Do you have a daily exercise routine?

not at the moment.

How many windows do you have open on your computer right now? (Or am I weird for having a bunch open at once all the time?)

I'm a little out of it and skipped the "on your computer" bit and was thinking it's like 20dF out and I am not keeping any windows open ahha. But 19. I just went down a rabbit hole on our lovely donut looking red blooded single-cellular inhabitants.

Have you ever done "therapy work" outside of therapy, like reading books, watching videos, or doing workbooks on managing your bipolar?
