Still sick after two weeks and like 5 doctors!

My vaginal bleeding is increasing and I feel crampy. Still mixed with the yeast cream here on day 4 of 7. Guess I could wait another day or so to see if this turns into a period.

I think i had low potassium too these past few days. Im supposed to take it with my diuretic but i usually skip it because it makes my whole downstairs jittery! Then i was sweating so much working. Finally i took one this morning and my head started to clear up. I must have been low because nothing got jittery! I ordered some potassium gummies. I hate the pills i have, i cant swallow them.

I probably take too much Tagamet, but i hate having stomach issues.

Yup. Think it’s a period! Take THAT you doctors always saying I’m menopausal! Reset the clock to day 1! Previous period November 10, 2024.

I woke up feeling dizzy. Checked o2 saturation. Drank water. Ate cinnamon life cereal, my Cpap is working ok, my apnea events was one per hour for the two hours it says I slept. Been horribly dehydrated. Used liquid IV and drank 32 oz of bottled water with it added. I THINK I am feeling better now after two hours! I also started my period after just over 3 months without it. Cramps! Still a normal amount of bleeding for Day 1.

Maybe I’m having psych issues and maybe every time I go to the ER I need a follow up appointment with my primary doctor which just compounds the issue and confuses everybody. The prednisone throwing me for a major loop of feeling faint and hyperventilating. Hormones ? All this sort of at the same time as PMDD? A period finally showing up after 3 month’s absence? Perimenopause? My psych team being unavailable for 2 months to nip this in the bud. That’s all I got. The period is real cramps and blood, and so is the yeast infection as the candida culture was positive. Chronic dehydration which could lead to dizziness and other anxiety-like symptoms. Low magnesium and potassium causing electrolyte imbalance symptoms? I will talk with the care coordinator tomorrow and pass this on. She’s super nice!

Bought an electric heating pad. Feels good. Help my cramps AND constantly having the chills. Went to Panera. Got really dizzy after I ate. Talked to a nurse that asked if I could walk without falling. Yes. Walking to the drug store in the same building was no problem. Driving home though wasn’t that great. I only live down the street but just felt off somehow. Mixed up a liquid IV packet in a bottle of water just now. Sipping on that. I’ll probably take a nap. The diarrhea continues - probably “the period flu” as they say.

Put this in my other thread but I tested positive for mono! Would explain the severe body aches, chills, dizziness, rash, and flu-ish feelings for weeks! My mom says I’ve never had mono.

I also had a rash that spread and got worse on my labia and inside butt area. I thought it was from my antifungal cream.

I'm sorry you have mono.

Saw my allergist. He says it’s not the fish or mono! I’ve lost 2 more pounds. Slept yesterday and last night and got up at 9. Allergist said to take Zyrtec when I feel a reaction coming on. Picking that up tomorrow when I see my primary. He said I can still eat fish! I ate subway around 10:30 and a blueberry muffin and Diet Coke at 2.

My allergists says it’s likely “histamine flares”! He wants me to take Zyrtec when the episodes happen but he might put me on it every day. I see him again in 3 months. We talked for a hour straight! The mono test shows past mono not current mono! So I dunno if I caught it from when my friend had it last fall and didn’t show symptoms or way back in 1990 when my sister had it?

1:30 am. Can’t sleep.

Well Ive been off Vraylar cold turkey for two weeks! I ate a salad to help the diarrhea that’s still ongoing but it made it worse!

Have you seen a GI doc for the diarrhea? Sounds like you might need to.

Not yet but I’m scheduled to see one the middle of March.

I am sorry you are struggling. Sorry for being blunt but are you sexually active and are having unprotected sex? So many vaginal problems are suspicious to me. Have you seen ob/gyn? You don’t have to answer…

As about gi problems. You need endoscopy and colonoscopy asap. Ask for referrals

Saw my OBGYN last month for a pap smear. That came out fine. I read it’s not unheard of to get a yeast infection right before your period. Had the infection after a month without sex so it’s not that. I am seeing a GI dr next week.
