Anyway, ME TOO I am absolutely convinced, to the point I cannot go to chat, except for one, b/c I think they all hate me and know the ins and outs of PC better than I and are actually laughing at me while I am chatting, no one ever acknowledges me.....except in one room, maybe there are clicks (sp)??? i mean maybe we arent paranoid....yup, one of our stupid nine criterion for diagnosing bod..... what is it???? "transient paranoia"? Definitely have that!!!!!.on the other hand I wouldnt be surprised...how DO we live like this????
My therapist used to tell me, SophiaFlying, people arent thinking about you, youre just not-that-important- F*** Y** Bee-otch, though it is a touch hurtful (I wanted to slap her) and she is probably right!!!!

I use to have really bad paranoia at times. But my meds really reduced these episodes. Talk to your doctor about it.

I've just spent a chunk of my evening reading this entire thread, and identifying with the posts here way more than I'm comfortable with. The thoughts and feelings you all describe are what I've tried to shove under the rug and stomp on the lumps, while telling myself I'm just depressed, obsessive, ADD, lonely, low self-esteem. I'm not happy about this at all.

Well the good thing about having BPD is that if you get into treatment you can improve.

Having BPD isn't a death sentence but getting help is important.

Dang, been caught... But even if you do hold copy rights if I use appropriate APA citations can you still be quoted in my paper? But wait, does it matter? The paper will never be perfect... I can't risk turning it in! I LIKE that prof. If I turn in a less than steller paper... OMG they will be dissapointed and hate me for life! *****! So no one else will ever read it so would it still be a violation? Damn... gunna fail another psych class for not turning in a paper that I did have written and on time... just didn't turn in.

You know you're BPD when in playing along in this thread you start to wonder if it might be contagous... You seem to fit in here... but then if you really were BPD would you fit in here?
