When you're too scared to make an appointment to meet up with a friend.........................cos one minute you're all positive, yet in 10 minutes time you're thinking of jumping off a bridge!
And that can happen 20 times a day! |

I really can't stick to plans at all I panic. I've actually stood ppl up even after they drove across town to see me. I just start going through the motions, what if I say or do something to change their views on me?

When someone you are friends with on Facebook deactivates their account and you think that they did that to get rid of you and have set up a new account without friending you again...lol

When a what is most likely an insignificant mistake to most people causes major stress and anxiety, makes you believe you're an idiot and makes you consider ending it all. You don't even know if anyone noticed and it really wasn't a big deal lol.

Being ignored is my number one trigger too. Followed closely by people not having any confidence in me and asking me, "Are you SURE you can handle...." some ordinary everyday thing everybody does. They expect it of others, don't think twice, but then wonder whether I can even handle it. FML. FML. FML.
