when you creep people on facebook in order to torture yourself for not living up to your perfectionism ...

knowing you're about to torture yourself for being imperfect and flawed, and doing it anyways..

When you desperately want to emote with someone who is having a difficult time but instead you just feel hollow.

Yes! Then people say you are narcissistic and have no empathy.

Ah, you can never win. If you say something self-deprecating, you have low self-esteem and should really get help for that, but if you say something self-affirming, you're conceited.

When you cant stop thinking and obsessing about past situations with people and how you should of could of handled it.

When you spend a great deal of time imagine different situations where you run into a person from your past or someone that there is conflict with,
which then turns into paranoia when I am out in public out of fear that I wont do what I have rehearsed a hundred times in my head.

When you want to curl up and cry yourself to death because you feel so unloved, unwanted and ugly.

when situations are automatically catastrophies, even though it's not that bad.

When you get arrested. =/

when you break up with someone consistently and do things to spite them...

when you are so angry for days on end and you can't see any reason to keep going on..

when an emotion feels like its going to last forever.
