It has been 3 days since I purged and I decided last night not to eat at all and just take a xanax so as not to get triggered when trying to eat a normal dinner and deal with whatever goes in side a person with an eating disorder. It worked. I just need to try and not to eat and I won't get so triggered. So I know I never have an issue with breakfast. Never had an episode in the morning. I have had issues at lunch and dinner so I just need to eat a good breakfast and avoid food for the rest of the day.

5 days.....hey it is a mild stone. I start Medical Nutritional Therapy soon. Not sure what we do. Well at least it is more support. I hope it helps but I fear gaining weight.
