I've been doing light housework kind of stuff the last few days. Didn't wear my knee braces because they are hot and make getting around awkward. Both knees are screaming at me tonight.

I am going out today for a bit to get a drive through mcdonalds

figured I'd treat myself a bit (because of the ongoing family issues), and that I've been cooking all week (badly), and I need a treat

pain is a little better than yesterday but not much (I keep tripping over myself!)

I didn't sleep again either

I'm so frustrated. I made a point of doing light physical tasks the last few days. Woke up this morning knowing I was starting a flare. Do the rest of y'all have those days? You know as soon as you wake up it's going to be a bad one?

On the flip side, I'm congratulating myself for having some good sense. I planned to go to Mom's house to pressure wash today. It is going to have to wait. I am going to spend today doing what my body says it can do, even if that means sitting around like a slug.

I get that way Liz just the thought of moving hurts. I have been doing a lot of cleaning and decluttering because my brother in law is supposed to move in for a few weeks because he had to have an emergency tracheotomy and now has to have his voice box removed. I have cleaned out and sanitized my sewing room spent almost $100 on pillows and things he might need had to learn how to remove his trac and clean it and put it back in. All of this happened this week. I fell asleep around 10 pm only to wake up to McGee our cat slowing working his way up from the foot of the bed up my body. He would stop suck the blanket and then continue up till he got into my arms. It took about an hour I get him and put him outside which is what he really wanted. This was at 1:00 am remember I went to bed at 10 pm then at about 1:15 am my daughter calls crying her and her boyfriend are breaking up for only like the 100th time and she's moving back. So I grab my blanket and pillow and go to the couch because hubby has to be up at 3:30 to leave for work at 4:30 fall back to sleep around 5 am only to have her call crying again saying she's on her way great just great I am in so much pain it's not funny

yesterday ended up being the day from hell, pain wise.

went to get my mcdonalds like I said, irritated because of having to wait in a large queue, food wasn't all that great anyway- and the pain was unbearable. I regret yesterday ever happened

managed to make it another night without any sleep (and lots of screaming from being in agony), today had my shower- which makes me feel gross (showers always do that to me), in pain too

but hey I'm unable to rest. litirally unable to.

so guess I have to go with it

Feeling sorry for myself tonight. In pain. Got a new pain: bilateral ankle pain comes on only when I am resting and relaxed. What the...? Now I get additional pain both when I overdo and when I rest? No way to win with this disease. Just no mercy. Ugh.

extremely slow day.

sat here, all day, playing an online card game- and thinking about my abuse.

that is it- so slow I've not even bothered to focus on how my pain is.

don't have too.. I've litirally not moved

I should get some food soon though- do at least something with my day

Yesterday my friend and I went out to shop and I finally get myself to Ulta for eyebrow wax ! Ugh my eyebrows were a mess!

My friend loves to shop and had me practically running to keep up I finally gave up and she slowed down, when we met years ago I didn’t have this nasty illness and PsA so she sometimes forgets.

Then out to dinner and wondering if I’ll make it back to her truck.

I did of course

Today I’m hurting so bad I can’t take a deep breathe. So I’m sitting here finally picked up a scarf Im in the middle of making to hopefully distract me. Funny thing is my hands don’t really hurt , odd.

This humid heat has me physically miserable. I want Fall and skip right to spring.

Want in one hand **** in the other and see what fills up the fastest. .... famous line my Dad use to tell me at times lol .... just got a chuckle out of that.
