This is sort of tangential to fibro in that stress adds to my pain. The whole assault "stuff" that's been in the news has my blood pressure through the roof. Not going to get into it here because what I have to say is not appropriate for this forum. Wanted to say I have a new post in my blog. Be ware that my language is strong as are my opinions expressed.

I have decided that someone really needs to invent something for your back that you can wear and it's an anti- pain mask

so that when you make sudden movements to a position you feel good in, you don't scream with agony in the process

I am taking it to dragons den (English show where they get money for starting companies)

could do with the money anyway. I'm broke. lol

(((( all )))) miss you, think of you, care about you!!!

In a flair. Been a helluva summer: minor surgery, sinus infection from he ll, c. did from the antibiotic, hospital for that, 2 more antibiotics, and now ongoing bowel problems, headaches, and flares. And now psych issues.

Anyhoo, saying hi and wishing you all the best.

Between fibro, work, stress and reactions to "stuff" in the news I'm just worn down.

I added a new post to my blog.

that moment when you try and get up from the floor, shake a little from the effert, and fall back down

then try again only to get the same result

I swear it's one of the worst things about pain

Glad you were able to blog about it.

So much wrong with the world. I want to be an ostrich. I have to avoid the news as it’s far to triggering to me lately.

Have been enduring a nasty respiratory virus.
It's cold today which is increasing pain.

I hope everyone is as well as can be!
