Spent the last couple of days doing physical stuff and have the sore muscles to prove it. Not fibro pain, just plain old tired out muscles. I told myself to take today as a veg day to let myself recoup.

Yesterday was an awful pain day. My stress was sky high in the evening. I found out my best friend relapsed on alcohol (even the I had my suspicions) and was freaking out about losing the only real friend it feels like I have. I'm also trying to not take the tramadol, so I'm in a little more pain as it is. I was gonna go to church this morning and ended up sleeping too late. I'm gonna meet my mom for lunch after tho.

We'll see about her. She is trying right now.

I hate physical therapy later today and I'm gonna tell them how bad it was and pray that they do more massage and heat and less exercise today.

Sad how mental and emotional triggers can adversely effect pain levels...I am learning, but not liking a large amount of what I'm learning. Oh well, I need to know for my own good.

Everyone, I send you gentle hugs.

I am here and so is Belle. I've been having a rough time and have been running to and fro to see Drs and get injections for th arthritis. They help, so I'm not complaining. Right now I'm in a brace on my right hand and wrist, which I use most often. It's for a month and the Dr. is very hopeful I'll be much better after that.

Gus, thank you so much for the wonderful pics. They make my heart smile.

Belle is on different food and is taking allergy medication. She likes her new food and is feeling better from it. She is still itching though and I left a message for the vet about it today. He hasn't called back yet. If I have to, I'll go sit in the waiting room until I get an answer. The vet thinks she is allergic to chicken, which is what he had me feeding her!

I am going to ask my pdoc about CBD oil next month. I hope he'll let me try it. Good luck, Liz!

Have grown very weary of constant pain. We leave tomorrow on a 2000 mile round trip road trip. I honestly don't know how I am going to make it. I love road trips like this but it's been a couple of years and I am so much worse. Will be taking my laptop so maybe I can log in and see how you all are doing.

trength is finally recovered from last week.

feeling okay, took a shower today and it didn't hurt. would like this for a while, but doubt it will happen

Even with Belle here, I am very meloncholy tonight. It's because of tomorrow. Oh well, this too, shall pass.

It's horribly hot here with the humidity sky high. It makes being outside almost impossible.

Belle is doing much, much better. She had a nice warm bath today and after she was all dried and spiffy, she ran laps and laps around the apartment!

She is playing again at night. She had quit that while she wasn't feeling well. I try to go to sleep and she's on the bed with her squeaky toy hopping and jumping around and having a grand time. I'm so glad. She even stuck her cold nose in my ear last night just because she could.

Love you all, and Gus, those mountains are so beautiful!
