cooking is an 'acquired skill',,, that means, start small and keep working on it~!
i was in my 50's when i finally learned to cook, THEN i had to learn HOW to cook~! i found i had a talent for soups, and then ruined a few roasts (had to boil them to make them edible, learned to add broth instead of water, and then a jar of gravy to the broth O.O).... well, now i can cook pretty much anything (on a good day), and really enjoy the lower cost and higher nutrition of home-cooked meals (and salads)~!

keep on keepin' on~!

Vortex, I buy frozen Tyson wings at the store. The only "cooking" involved is dumping them on a baking sheet and shoving them in the oven.

I’m around just not very verbal about the level of pain I’m dealing with so best I shut up.
Seems like lately if I talk about it somehow it makes it more real and even more painful

Gentle Hugs to everyone

showers hurt the body.

that is all

okay.. so I could have been in a lot more pain if my body decided not to co-operate, but thankfully it did and it saved me from being in a world of pain (but still in a lot)

plus showers make me feel gross and 10 times worse in myself so blah

and I didn't sleep again- almost making another week.

I should be concerned about the fact that I'm not even yawning, or stretching, or something, but I'm not. I don't feel sleep deprived or anything.

the positive today is that I joined spotify (which I've been meaning to do for ages)

it's a nice site- been messing about on the site this afternoon looking at the playlists

I am doing the best I can. It is difficult. My step daughter is DID, BPD, PTSD, OCD and is a total wreck; destroys every peaceful moment and now am afraid my husband/her father is going to collapse under the stress and chaos.

It is difficult to explain, except she abuses Klonopin, weed, and meth, which complicates everything.

The CBD oil arrived today. Took my first dose about two hours ago. Too soon to know if it's having any effect.
