Hi All,

I used to have Fibromyalgia for over 4 yrs. and had a very severe case of it. The docs told me that it could not be cured. But, I found a way to whip it and won. I have not had Fibromyalgia now for over 3 yrs.

If interested, contact me and I will tell you what I did to become Fibro free. I have nothing to sell or any money to make. Just want to help others with this horrible disorder. Just PM me or catch me in chat. If in chat, we will go to a room where you can receive the info without interruption.

Be Blessed,
Peacemaker
Thanks for this!

You are aabsolutely right. I have just been overyly sleep deprived and my vision is so very blurry at times and was when I listed that post. I will take you advice and post the steps that I took to receive a cure. I am only concerned about one thing. Part of what I did was to call to the Holy Spirit and ask for guidance and support in helping me help my body heal itself. I have found that many become a bit turned off with discussing religion and want to make sure that they do not ignore the rest of the info because of it.

I suppose if they do, that is their issue, is it not?

Thanks for posting and Your Suggestion,
Peace (Sherri)

Here are the steps that I took to cure my Fibromyalgia.

1. I did try some supplements called FibroFree (from 4Life Research, I think) which set me back about $500 but I was desperate and decided to try it. I did find some relief when using them for the prescribed 3 months but not enough. I would not necessarily recommend anyone to invest in them due to their cost and possible risk of not working.

2. I began seeing a physical therapist trained in craniosacral therapy (to find someone trained close to you, search on dogpile.com under Upledger Institute. I think that there is a location that provides the names and contacts of those trained in the technique.). I would also suggest that you may ask around to holistic practitioners or therapists that know of those who are trained at the therapy that are good. It took 4 months before I began to feel relief which only began to let up each session after. I saw her every week for about 2 years. Some people many not need to visit their practioner as often depending on their severity and history of injury.

3. After the 2 years, I started to see a massage therapist for myofascial release. It is somewhat like massage but does sting until the muscles and fascia have been "released" from one another. I utilized this therapy for 6 months, every week.

I will say that you have to set your mind in the belief that your body has the ability to heal itself. You have to absolutely believe that this is possible. I also consulted a book called "Alternative Treatments for Fibromyalgia" that I purchased from Barnes and Noble.

I will admit that I also saw a pain specialist for meds for pain relief to use as a tool to help cope while receiving treatments.

It does not go away overnight but the wait was worth every minute.

I think that is it. If I think of anything else, I will be sure to put it on the forum.

If anyone has a question, please PM me as I am very happy to help.

Hope this helps someone or many,
Peacemaker
