Walking Petri Dishes! ... Love It!

Don't love that you got slimed by it though, @lizardlady!

I keep a can of Lysol on my bus and do a spray through after I've dropped everybody off if there's a lot of coughing and sneezing going on.

Not sure if it really does any good or not, but it somehow makes me feel better.

And, speaking of feeling better ... I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for this!

It was cool and rainy for most of the day yesterday and my tummy was a little bit off too, so I stayed in bed most of the day.

I did wake up feeling a bit better and somewhat refreshed this morning.

The ADA meeting on Friday seems to have gone pretty well. My supervisor is right optimistic that the request will be granted.

Should have the final answer the week after Thanksgiving!

Hope all have a tolerable pain day today! A no pain day would be even better!

Glad you like the humorous stuff, @lizardlady!

Sorry you got slimed with the creeping crud though ...

As if what's happening with our bodies ain't already bad enough!

Hope you feel better before Thanksgiving ...

It sucks to be sick during the holidays!

The cold or whatever seems to be on its out. I spent most of yesterday on the sofa reading and napping. Went to Mom's today to work and did WAY too much. Still don't have the dam flowerbed done. The longer it takes, the madder I get about having to rip everything out because a couple of idiots can not tell landscape plants from weeds.

Fibromyalgia Check-In Thread #5 ...

I can safely say I will not be overdoing it today!

I had thanksgiving breakfast at Cracker Barrell and am now ensconced on the couch ...

And, that is where I intend to stay for the remainder of the day!

Hope y'all have a good 'un too!

Slept on my shoulder wrong the past couple of nights and it's giving me holy hello!

Fibromyalgia Check-In Thread #5 ...

The more I learn about spondyloarthritis, the more I understand what's going wrong with my bones, joints, connective tissues and such.

Many aha moments have presented themselves and that certainly explains a lot.

For instance that stiff and brittle feeling ...

It doesn't fix anything, but somehow just knowing does seem to help a little bit.

Thanks for this!

Hope this vice-grip releases me before tomorrow.
