4 A.M this morning and I could not get comfortable. in a lot of pain and I was aching all over.

I am trying to find something good about today, and honestly can't find anything. I was asked if I wanted to see the switching on of this person's christmas tree, but:

- I hurt like I'm 103

- I didn't sleep or rest, or even lie down

- I'm anxious about zombies

- I'm depressed because my week has been ****

soooo no. I won't be doing that

even makes me laugh: I complain I've nothing to do, and when something comes up I'm too unwell to do it

the lady who had her tree put up showed me a video of what she'd done. she showed me on her phone... cute. I am glad she got to do it despite the weather (she wanted the tree outside her house)

most of last night was spent watching tv (the chase and some show about funny moments from tv in 2020). ate too, scampi and naan bread- too much naan bread... lol. still nice though

no sleep because of the pain, and today general annoyance at my body.. how long does it take to put an item of clothing on?. wow!

I wish I wasn't too quick on deleting emails

last night, I saw mention of something that will help me with my pain (something that will limit me having to bend down to pick up objects), but I didn't keep the message... now I can't find it!

yesterday I took an online survey about my fibro experience.

10 minits it said. 10 minits

40 minits later I was still being asked really detailed questions about my depression levels and my level of pain

nice way to fool people in to doing a survey

My adult daughter called yesterday...very sick. I’m her herbalist of traditional medicinals. I’m feeling much better myself. I completed my two goals for today. 1). Keep up with both my gloves 2). Don’t fall from the snow and ice. I walked my dog constantly today. She will not do her main business in the snow. Lol 😂
