I hit the reply button and it says it cannot complete my request, hit back. So I do and try again and it does the same thing.

autumn,

I need to check a few of my settings, but first, what browser do you use? And if you have more than one (i.e. Mozilla, I.E., Netscape) does this happen in all of them, or just one in particular?

Is that the only problem with your PMs? Can you type in that sender's s/n and SEND one?

Let me be clear in my mind: you receive a PM, select Reply to this message, and it won't let you? It isn't dropping the sender's s/n, right? It isn't allowing you to even get to the window where you type a message to the sender? Ok.
