Ok, maybe more than two businesses. 😅 Also, got some push back from a community member complaining I'm asking too much for help. I had to push back on his push back. 😂🤦🏻*♂️ There's quite a bit of upstream canoeing for me lately. |

Morning. Lots of chatter regarding the vegan restaurant. Proof that my mind is busy processing the loss. My body is doing ok.

Have tried a few.more things against the elusive bug. Nothing works. Somebody suggested me a video I saw before checking their message and replied back with what I did. Have widened my ask for help to the wider community. Not an easy issue.
Let's continue relax now. |

After lunch. Finished eating my chunky veggies with quinoa soup at the price of only, drum roll... 4.5 bucks! Certainly is a bit less than what I'd get at the vegan restaurant, though for the price, amount and the bread it comex with, it's worth it. It's also vegan and they do it every day. I'm so glad I found this place and is even closer to the library. Turns out, I've been passing by every day. The only downside is that there aren't that many seats inside. Only 5 tables. Though, it's ok. I can also take away if the need arises.
I bought a decaf oat latte from them and it cost me 4.4 bucks (the large portion), for the small it'd be 3.5 bucks. As they don't have loyalty cards, I'm going to buy the small one in the future. It'll work out such that after 3 days of drinking their small oat latte (inside), I'd have saved up for what it would've been a free fourth if they had loyalty cards. Now, after having finished reading a bit of T.W. I'm going to finish my coffee and head back to work. The elusive bug is still elusive. Have continued focusing on implementing rest of the work. |

At the shelter. Today was a decent day. Got a few things done. Ran into an issue when trying to adopt a library. Opened a ticket with the maintainer. Other than that, the elusive bug still has not been resolved.
Now, relax time. |

Recv'd suggestions to: 1) fix the elusive bug (don't think it'll work as I've tried it before, but will give it another shot), and, 2) adopt the library I was having problems with

Well good morning. Just did a shower and worked a bit. The library's maintainer advice was correct. I was missing a piece. Not very clear from the documentation that I needed that. It works. I now just need to check that the data it generates is complete.
Also tried the fix for the elusive bug, but, just as predicted, it didn't work. And fixed a thing I forgot to implement. All in all, not bad for a start of the early morning. Today will be a relax type of day. I'll start with a decaf small Americano with cold oat milk and a plain croissant 🥐. Then I'll work. Then I'll head out for lunch at the ("new") vegan restaurant. Afterwards, I'll have a decaf oat latte (curious to see how much it costs and whether they've loyalty system), and head out to work again. Finishing work, I'll head out for the mighty Chana Masala, medium spicy with some green chilli and steam basmati rice 🍚. Vamos! Forza! |

At my decaf oat latte. So I had lunch. Turns out on Saturdays they do chickpeas and a coconut Thai curry. Which conflicts with my Chana Masala. Therefore, I'm going to change Saturdays to be about eating a sweet potato burrito at the cafe I discovered in my vacation and which I left a feedback that it's mediocre. Their coffee is not that great for a coffee roaster they claim they are. Though, not many options available. It'll probably be cheaper than what I got today. 4.8 for a medium sized decaf oat latte. Absolutely CRAZY! They charge 0.60 for the oat latte. Dude. Get a job! Definitely not coming here anymore on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The place is also filthy. So, I'm going to go next doors where they make donuts and where I occasionally went on some Sundays to eat a vegan chocolate donut and have a decaf oat latte. Definitely cheaper than 4.8 and if it's that much, it's probably large. Going to check after I finish here.
So: • Mondays: vegan soup at the new cafe, with a small decaf oat latte, and then vegan sandwich at the usual cafe • Tuesdays: lunch at the "new" vegan place, with a decaf oat latte from the donut place across the street and next door to this filthy place, then stay later at the library and then have dinner at the new cafe (vegan soup) to compensate for time • Wednesdays: repeat Mondays • Thursdays: repeat Tuesdays • Fridays: repeat Mondays • Saturdays: vegan sweet potato burrito and a decaf oat latte at the mediocre cafe, with Chana Masala at the favorite Indian restaurant And Sundays remain unchanged. Of course, sprinkle with small decaf Americano with cold oat milk and a plain croissant on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. That should do it. |

Hmm. The donut place charges 0.6 for the oat milk as well giving a total of 4.80 for a regular decaf oat latte. This is 0.10 more than what I used to pay at the former vegan restaurant.
I think it's fine as it balances out with the 3.45 extra from the vegan soup, for each vegan soup bought, compared to what I was totalling at when used to eat at the former vegan restaurant. The staff is nicer at the donut place compared to this filthy cafe I just went to. Now I'm in the bus on my way to where I usually drop off with my morning bus and take on foot to the library. Time wise I'm in schedule compared to what I was hitting when going to the former vegan restaurant. It's ok. It's going to work out. Forza! Vamos! |

Oh... My... Gosh! What... A... Day!
It went better than I expected. Nailed a few things at work from the first time having implemented some rather complex functionality. Tests succeeded and even prepared the ground for Monday for the rest of the work. The elusive bug is still elusive. I'll most probably have to defer for later with a whole different approach to implementation altogether. Yes, and, today was chickpea's day. 😅 The Chana Masala was good. They charged me, for the second time in a row, less than what it would normally cost - which is awesome, given that what I order is not on the menu. I asked to be charged 21 bucks, which is what I'd normally pay. 4 bucks went to tips as such. While waiting for the bus I bought myself the super awesome Belgian milk hazelnut chocolate from the liquor store nextdoor as I'm running out of chocolate. It's a bit expensive but worth every penny. Checked also to see where my shoes are. And, they haven't left France. Probably by mid next week they'll arrive. Fingers crossed they're the right size. And now, relax time . |

Good morning. I decided that I'll call my mother after lunch to wish her happy birthday. I'll keep it short, saying I can't stay on the phone. This should mitigate the abuse.
