Sometimes I like to read people on chat talk or I read the forums. Though some things seem to anger me a lot. I feel a great disturbance within. It's not like something that would normally trigger someone. Usually just normal people talking, having a normal conversations. Though maybe it's when they start treading into the relationships and loneliness category is when I feel disturbed.
Incredibly annoyed. I don't understand. Then I just feel angry and can't understand why I am angry. |

This is something i really understand. A lot of times its just the mood. I often find myself irritated with things that would not often annoy me. You need to find the root of the irritation. Did something change in your life recently that sparked irritation?

that moment will tell you the basis of the anger. Sometimes it is suppressed experiences coming to the surface. Observe in the moment. some forgotten hurt from the past perhaps. Hope this helps. |

I know this but I still don't understand. Unable to see what causes it. Not easy to discern.

If you are sincere with a desire to forgive, your anger will cease. but you must be sincere. I was very angry, I held hate towards my mother, when I realized she hated her mother and others, who hurt her, I saw she could not help herself so it was easy to forgive. I no longer repressed hate that was ruining my emotions. Anger is caused by resentment and hate and hurts only ourselves. You desire to change is beautifu. Hope this helps, |

you need to learn to let go reacting to whatever it is in the moment, you do not, so it accumulates and you repress it and out comes the anger. its like boiling water with the lid on and when the pressure gets to the boiling point, it reacts and blowa its lid. sound familiar? |

I know this but I still don't understand. Unable to see what causes it. Not easy to discern. So true, but it is amazingly helpful when you do track down the cause(s) - it loses its power immediately.

- My self esteem is bad. Though I am not sure of the cause. Are some things possible to ever heal. I think if I could I would like some people to get hurt. |

If we can realize that those who have hurt us in the past could not help themselves because they too have also been hurt it should be easy to forgive them. That is what we need to do to overcone the anger we suffer from in the present.. The ego wants to hang onto the anger. I know forgiving others is freeing our selves from anger. Ventura |

resentment is the csuse of low self esteem. I used to sing "I gotta be me. I was hurting when I sang those words, but, my low self esteem, was not the real me, that the part of me that hated everyone. Now I know the real me and I now have self esteem because my nature fell away after my anger fell away. I began to study myself , saw my bad thoughts and did not want to be that way sincerely and l was sorry for what I saw, that was a new me, not the one who used say "I want to be the ojd me" Change is possible . You can do it too. Ventura |
