Well aside from missing having someone, I'm trying to appreciate alone time. I have no one demanding anything from me, I'm able to nap just because I want to. Leave or go where I want, when I want. I'm trying to focus on the benefits of having alone time, rather than the parts I miss about being a involved with someone.

Yes I will be seeing my daughter soon, I do have a job I enjoy. But having a someone in your life fills a void that no one else can fill. Children have their place, friends have their place, etc., today I don't feel alone persay, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't want someone to be involved in my life.

i'm glad to hear that you are willing to embrace the benefits of being with just yourself. this doesn't mean you can't have friends, go out to a meal with family, or host a guest. it just means that you have time to get to know who you are, what you feel, how you behave when no one is looking,, etc.

one of the things i found that solitude was very good for, and was good for me, was meditation. it keeps me stable when 'TilT' is so easy to find. i also really enjoy the changes that strengthening my ability to focus has brought me.

do drop a line now and then, to let us know how you are enduring, and hopefully prospering~~
