I just had my second sleep study test last night. A week ago they tested for it. I have it. Last night they tested me with the cpap machine. I actually felt very alert this morning when I woke up.
I don't get the actual results for another week when I meet with the Doctor.
I think it is going to help you out a lot.
I know I stop breathing in my sleep.
I am hoping once I have the mask I will sleep better then start feeling better.
Let me know how your experience goes once you get your mask.

I have sleep apnea. I've been diagnosed for about 3 years now. I love my mask when I wear it I wake up somewhat refreshed instead of hungover feeling. I fell asleep on the couch the other night and all day yesterday I was draggin because I hadn't slept with my mask on. At first its a pain to get used to sleeping with this thing on your face but after that you are so relieved it doesn't bother you.
