Thank you, i hope there is a horse cos i think my ship has sailed! I self harmed last night an haven't slept. Gotta go to work now! Don't want to go. Really messed up yesterday. Upset a friend bt work with my irratic an unacceptable behavior so she will probably not speak to me again. Givin up seems only option right now! I really appreciate you kind words an time thank you so much!

We love and care about you Lara and they're not just empty words, even if it only seems like text on a screen. Try concentrating on your breathing, in and out..that brings a lot of peace.

Thank u all fro your kind thoughts and words they really have helped this weekend!!! I don' think i would have gotten thru it without all my Pc friends, including those in chat!! You have all been so great!!! I can't thank u enough!!!! I have been up for over 30 hrs now cos i'm to anxious and scared to sleep!!!
I know there are only two more days untill i see the doctor so just need to hang on bit longer!!! At least I'm off work for 2 days now!!!!

Berries is absolutely right Lara. Get some rest..take care of your burn too so it doesn't get infected and can heal.

I slept for about 7 hrs!!!!! and now am awake again!!!!

only 2 days till doctors appointment!!!!

I'm sorry it took me so long to get to this post lara!

You're a real sweetheart; even though I don't know you irl and you're almost 2,500 miles away, we've been talking for a while and we've grown to be friends on here.

I care about you a lot and I know it's hard to go through the motions and take care of the things that you need to, but believe me it gets easier. Not that I can relate to the voices (I don't think you're a total nutcase either, just to let you know

), but I agree with Briester; the mere fact that you're making an effort is positive.

Hang in there dearie!! I'm right here with, and you'll get the voices sorted out before you know it.

Thanks Lb! You have become a really good friend to me an i'm glad! Thank you! Finding psych central was one of best things i've done! I really don't know where i'd be without you all! I was scared and had no one until i found you guys! Thank you all so much! Hugs to you all

Thank you briester you've been so great and i'm so grateful. I don't understand why you care so much but know that it helps so thanks. Today has been ok. Went for dinner with 2 friends from work that was fun. Am bt my mums for the night. But have counsellor coming to mine in the mornin at some time. Then psychologist appointment wed! Thank you crystalrose! Yeah you are right! It is strange! And these ppl that understand us barely even know us!
Its good to be able to talk to ppl who understand us even if they do live on the other side of the world! I'm at my mums and Its 1am here now am gonna try an sleep soon. Can't get on chat at my mums! Your thread was lovely chris, i'm sorry about the struggles you have had! But i'm glad you have managed to get something possitive from it and are able to help ppl like me an the others on here!
