"Te amo" was what you were telling us... I hope the feeling still is there. Gee, with husbands like that who needs... oops.

You know what? That's HIS problem! You do the best you can and quit accepting the guilt he tries to pin on you.

TC If you can impress upon your spouse that he needs to hire someone to assist (not fire ppl!) that would help imo. If he can't be supportive, why.. ooops again.

TC!

Jen,
I'm so sorry you are feeling so overwhelmed. It sounds like given all that is going on, it's only natural. I hope you have a safe place to curl up and just be quiet and allow yourself to cry, sleep, scream into a pillow, pray, or whatever you find helpful. I'm also glad you still have hope in saying that this will pass. It will, you know. It just stinks right now, it sounds like.

And I'm certain you know you are not lazy. It's hard for spouses and others who don't have depression to understand how it can just paralyze a person. It's like having the flu. Everyone understands what the flu is like...you just can barely even shower. But depression can do the same thing, but people can't see it and don't always understand it. My hubby has similar thoughts about my depression, and it really hurts when he thinks I'm just not "motivated enough" or not "disciplined" enough. He's getting a bit better, though. I hope yours has his supportive moments, too.

((((jen))))

Use tissues profusely, and do what you need to do to take care of yourself.

And good luck with the home sale. It's so stressful. I hope you find a realtor who will be top notch and will take some of the sress away.

First you need a big ****HUG****

Jmo, I know how you are feeling (frustration & emptiness) The depression/anxiety has been getting the best of me for a couple of weeks and when the depression/anxiety becomes this bad I have to take things either day by day or moment by moment. I wish I could offer you more help/advice. All I have is cyber hugs **HUGS**
