Went 9 days and the span of better feeling is starting to wane. I feel so much pressure @ work. And, I am tired today...more then normal. Don't feel like dealing with anyone or anything.
I actually had this thought a bit ago...If that is life feeling better and there wasn't any major changes then what is the point...really?
I am just starting to crash and burn now...
DAMMIT!

I think that people don't usually feel better all at once, and it usually takes a while for major changes to happen. If you feel bad for a long time, then you're probably not going to have the energy to change everything when you feel better for a week.

Even "normal" people have bad days, and feeling tired isn't irrational if you have a lot of pressure at work. Like ozzie said, things will get better again.

during this time, keep looking back to the other times and know that you've pulled thru and past. remind yourself that the good periods are coming more frequently and beginning to last longer!

we'll get thru this, friend.

I know guys. I just had to vent it out a little here.
I think I just had a little meltdown with my girlfriend and that just kind of threw me off.
I realize it is going to be a back and forth process of healing. I guess I didn't really expect to stay in that way of thinking too long. I knew it was going to end eventually. I guess I am just upset because I wanted to have my T see me last week when I was doing great and now I have my appt this week and I am not so strong today so it was getting my aggravated....if this makes sense?

That makes sense to me. I think it works the other way too: I used to get frustrated because I can pretty much always act okay for an hour per week, no matter how miserable I am the rest of the time. I think they probably understand that how you feel during your appointment isn't necessarily representative of how you are overall.
