hang in there time0,try listening to some chillout music or reading a book or write more of your feelings on here i know its hard to see when your in the storm so find a rock and cling on.

I know what you mean. I go through that, too. It's that "I'm already damned" pyschology that kicks in when I feel kicked down. Hopefully, something will mellow things out. PM me if you need to talk about it. ![]() |
