sometimes i think if i could just climb on a mountain and scream my head off id feel somewhat better..... this feeling blah all the time i for the birds..

YES, for the birds, let them take it all back home....

I think screaming or being physically active works so well at making us feel better inside, for it a release valve for all the built up trash that consumes us.... release the valve, and the pressure is gone, all is well - if but only for a while.

P.S.

My release valve is to take a tennis racket and to beat a pillow with it - yelling and saying what ever I need to say and at who ever I need to say it to.

No one gets hurt and in the end I am better off for releasing my PAIN.......

I agree that it would be a release of sorts. Emotional as well as phsysical, you can also try other things, like Rhapsody mentioned. I hope you find something to help. When I'm even active I tend to not feel so blah, the hardest part is to get started, for me =)
