Feeling a bit down. Not terribly but a bit down. I am a binge eater and I did overeat today and am having urges to binge. Things could have been worse. Good day otherwise though.

((Whim)) Thank you. ((Rose)) I thought you were right on target with the issues. If we are talking about his comments then that does come up as it is in his comments. Because this is not the right forum I'm not bringing any of them up by name. You were right.

Alone in the World Here is a response to " . . . why not . . . " ---- Xanax is one of the toughest meds to come off of, if you get too involved with it. Be careful. Of all the psych and pain meds out there, Xanax is one of the most addictive and hardest to withdraw from. I never took Xanax, myself, but I know of others who got into trouble with that drug. I hope you can find a way to feel better than you do. Sorry you are feeling so bad.

I am doing good again. All, except for how my neck bugs me once I sit at this computer. That's why I've been not on very much. I got my house almost cleaned up. Makes me feel good to see the place starting to look nice.
Sidestepper - that's a real good suggestion to go someplace new once a week.

Feeling a little better today. Still pretty depressed but I'm trying really hard to keep my mind straight. I could use a friend or two..

I got enough sleep but needed sleep meds. I had not slept properly for 3 nights. Hoping to re-establish a better regular sleep pattern.

Hopefully these pills I'm taking stop me going bald. Joking aside, I have lost a fair bit of hair. Tests all came back fine, so the doctor figured a vitamin deficiency. I don't eat great, so that could be it. Then again, I don't go a day without some sort of stress, so that could also be it.
And who knows, maybe it's hereditary. |
