I don't get this feeling. I physically hurt from all this pain deep inside me and there's no way to release it. I can't cry anymore I've tried I just can't there is no way to rid myself of this. I cannot sleep at night, waking up is a punishment in itself.. I just want it to go away and leave me alone

I'm so sorry you're in so much pain. I read your bio but couldn't tell if you were getting any treatment.
You've got to sleep. For me it's my first line of defense. Lack of sleep makes me less stable. You say that your mom is a nurse. Have you talked to her?
I know you have posted on this forum. Does that make it any easier?
I have seen that so many people care about you. You matter to all these people.
I hope you feel better

Same here. Refreshing sleep is especially needful in managing depression.
Wishing you relief from some of the worst pain...

Hello Jay, Are you on any meds of any kind, it doesnt seem like it, or they are not working. I agree with Rohag, when you don't sleep things seem a lot worse than they are! Sleep deprevation is mind altering. I hope that you see your G.P. and get some help. Sorry I can't be of more help. You can pm me anytime. Best wishes.

Jay, what's in your diet has more to do with how you feel than most of us are really aware of. It's often an acidic condition of the tissues and fluids.

Have you tried drinking warm lemon juice in the morning when you awaken? Squeezing 2 lemons into about 6-8 oz of water and drinking it will often help reduce
an acidic buildup you could have.

There are other things too that can be bothersome: sodas, particularly ones that contain caffeine and artificial sweeteners, milk products, white flour products,
chocolate, tea, and too much red meat in the diet.

Try using an Omega 3 fatty acid capsule to help ease the acid condition, too.

Eat more green vegetables--try having a fresh salad every day.

Maybe doing some of that will help; be gentle with yourself and take care regarding your diet for better feeling tone.
Thanks for this!

Thankyou very much. I will very gladly take this into consideration.

it is really true that our diet can influence our moods...I could not believe how much it helped to add lots of spinach and pro-biotic yogurt (plain-no sugar) and some vitamin D to my diet. if you are in Australia you might be getting enough sun but maybe you could talk to your doctor about adding some vitamins to your diet. B complex is good too. Best Wishes to You!! hope you find some relief soon
