i was thinking about myself today and how i am.... and i figured it out... i find myself to be a needy person for some reason........my b/f takes care of me and i find it safe...... i dont work....... its not that im lazy like most think i am..... i just cant be in public to long.... and when i take the med for my anxiety to be able to go out in public and not go off on ppl i feel as if im floating till the side effect wears off...... its a good feeling but i dont function as normal as i should..... my b/f told me today not to take them again when im about to leave the house...... but that when i need them the most...... i usually take them at night but my anxiety was up today.. and i had some shopping to do so i knew id better take one before i left ......ok i just totoally got off topic.... im babling sorry..... but yeah i find myself needy and feel safe when someone is taking care of me...... its hard to explain... does that make me a bad person

Why does needy have to be bad? It's natural to need someone, especially if you are going through a rough time... that's when you need them the most. I hate people saying others are needy or looking for attention... ahould we not need? should we not have the desire to be noticed? What is so wrong with that????

I agree. To heal we need people to be there and support us so we can get about the business of life. You are so out there and honest with the way you feel. Even as you struggle you keep sharing who you are and I admire that. You are a good person.
