when I wake I need to get up
have people to meet
taking care of myself and eating
and making sure I sleep
all these things are difficult
when someone is depressed
not knowing how to open
only knowing how to close
wanting to stay in bed
not bothering anyone else
people say all the time
why didn’t you call
what do you say to someone
when you have no words to speak
when its easier to cry with no
explanation why
what would people say
if they knew who you were
that your just as lost as they are
if not more so and having
to figure out your actions
every time that you go out
I guess all I can really do
is say a little prayer that
God helps me out of bed
every morning I get up

Sigh. It is so hard, isn't it.... especially when people don't 'understand', or simply don't care. ((((( arod13 )))))

((((arod))))
It really can be difficult to get up out of bed and face the world .... and I wish i knew the answers, but i dont. But if you can make it through this, if you can push through and fight against all of these negative thoughts, and people who don't understand ... you will become a stronger person because of it. Try and think of something positive that will motivate you to get up in the morning, something to give you a reason to go on during the day ... even if it is something simple like calling a friend/relative ... or doing something for yourself, anything ... just something to give you purpose. Things will get better .. things will get easier.. you just have to believe it.
Take care of yourself
