rollercoaster....

HI WHOEVER WANTS TO LISTEN.....

I'VE BEEN FEELING LOW FOR A FEW MONTHS.OFF WORK WITH DEPRESSION. THE WAY I FEEL, I'LL NEVER GO BACK. DOC PUT ME ON PROZAC 4 WEEKS AGO, CIPRIMIL STOPPED WORKING FOR ME. EVER SINCE I'VE BEEN TERRIBLE, NOT SLEEPING, REALLY DOWN AND SOBBING ONE MINUTE WITH A MASSIVE KNOT IN MY STOMACH, THEN ABSOLUTELY HYPER, BOUNCING OFF WALLS, SHAKING, FEELING GIDDY OR SWIMMY.TONIGHT I FEEL REALLY DOWN AGAIN. I KNOW I SHOULD GO BACK TO DOCS, BUT THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE THE MED 4 - 6 WEEKS. I WILL GO BACK, TOMORROW I THINK. THIS AFTERNOON I WAS SO HIGH, EVEN VENTURED OUTSIDE TO WALK THE DOG! I FEEL LIKE NO-ONE UNDERESTANDS, EVEN THINK THEY THINK I'M EXAGGERATING. I ONLY SEE A THERAPIST, WAITING LIST IN UK IS 2 YEARS TO SEE PDOC. MUM OFFERED TO PAY FOR ME TO GO PRIVATELY, BUT SHE'S A BIG PART OF MY PROBLEM FROM THE PAST AND I FEEL TOO GUILTY TO LET HER PAY FOR IT.

SUCH IS LIFE EH? I THINK I LOST A FRIEND TODAY, FROM THIS SITE, HE'S NOT COMING BACK AND THAT REALLY UPSETS ME BECAUSE HE IS IN PAIN.

Oh, hon! It's so tough when the mood goes up and down like that. Yes, the meds usually take some time to do their thing.
I'm so sorry about your friend! Do you have other ways to keep in contact with him?
