Anyone want to join in? My Therapist asked me to replace a negative thought with a positive one. I’d like to start a therapy thread. Join in, see if it helps!

Here is my replacement thought:

My boss is trying to help me.

My yesterday has no power over my today.

Kudos to you for that , keytones. We should all develop a 'can do' attitude. If after giving it a good try we find we can't at least we tried.

I have been successful in teaching myself the piano (despite abusers cruelty - even putting me down abusively when I said I was learning the piano ) and I can continue to do this

There is plenty of time to get ready for my presentation. I’ve talked about these topics before, and it went well.

Well done fuzzy. You're a better bear than I am. I find that my paws are too big for the keys. I've been trying forever to teach myself piano. I can do it though.
