I am just now finishing the book ANATOMY OF AN EPIDEMIC by whitaker....
it tells about how psychiatry is doing ....what has happened to my psychiatry...
I just want to cry...and cry...and cry

There has never, in all the history of psychiatry, been a GP, pdoc, or therapist who has had abusive tendencies? Right?

If a patient feels or has felt abused by any of these, they are imagining it? Yes?

desiree ended up feeling awful...she found out she had AKATHISIA...that is an awful side effect...certain side effects can be a big problem..

these psych meds have helped me...but they have hurt me also...
but I never had any serious side effects like suicide...I was fortunate ...

we are up against so many stresses...no wonder we are depressed...things out there are not gentle and kind ...they are violent...I don't like it...it makes me sad and mad..
but I don't want to go with being angry all the time..

stressed out...after my conference last month I have had so many things go wrong..
since coming home I have been more nervous and tired...

hey I just thought of something....I keep thinking of past mistakes made by me...
I may be doing this without realizing that I am not facing THE PRESENT..like my marriage and how the world has turned so violent....

I am recovering from my recent stress...I am not going to do much today..
I have a doctor who I have been reading about...doctor Robert lustig...
he is now going to be one of MY doctors...he is teaching me about SUGAR...
sugar is now screwing up my brain...I had much too much cake at my conference..

i am in a rage....I am angry about many many things...the way people are treated..
so I don't want to take it out on my wife...I am trying to learn how to manage these angry storms without hurting me or others...

does anyone out there feel real angrygrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Why is Valium so frowned on by the medical community?

Why do they try to peddle antidepressants and antipsychotics (even sometimes to people who are allergic to them . And I’m not psychotic.

They say things like

- I’m not worth helping -



In my experience, the so called mental health SERVICES are very discouraging.

I’ve found they actively discourage people from seeking help, using shaming, bullying and blaming tactics even scare tactics sometimes
