I can't stand it anymore...LIFE...I just don't want to be here anymore and don't know what to do. I feel so out of it, so lost and scared of life. I hate each day, don't know what to do with myself anymore. Tired of the battle inside of me between life and death. I feel angry and depressed and anxious. I jus want to sleep so it will all go away and I don't have to deal with life anymore. I am so tired of the struggle to find some peace in my life, tired of therapy, tired of feeling like a failure. I've lost myself and can't find my way back. I'm tired of looking.

![]() Why not just stop for a bit..give yourself permission to not have to think about all the bad stuff you are feeling in life? Even if you can only do this for an hour...try. Be in the moment ONLY... where you are safe, not thirsty not hungry... and doing something you feel ok doing.. even if that's just reading or watching the birds outside. Take each hour as you can... in the moment...mindful of what is happening just now...only now only right now.. all that other stuff isn't ...and on some days, at some hours..there is nothing you can do about some things (like if it means dealing with the bank, they're closed. etc.) Rest.

I recommend finding a good book to escape into; I have 2 going now of various "seasonal" longish "short" stories. check drug/grocery stores as well as the bookstores or library. Romantic stories about people in hopeless situations and love comes and silly situations you can/cannot immagine change things. Sappy but relaxing too.

Hey, I know you feel bad now but do you think that maybe trying to do something to get your mind off of things would help you. I know that therapy can be hard, but if you stick with it and keep going no matter how much you feel like a failure or that it's not working, it will work. You have to stay with it for a while to see it working. I hope you get feeling better soon! Hang in there!

Hang in there, there is a light at the end of the tunnel even if the cloud is blocking it right now. You may not feel better tomorrow, but the day after is showing signs of sun..
I know the struggle your feeling, I know your tired and frustrated. You are not a failure. You are still here and fighting back!

Being a failure means nothing. Look at me, I AM a failure in many aspects, but I don't give a damn ![]() We are taught this urge to ACHIEVE, but it is pointless. Be more selfish and don't listen those who are TOO wise. Really wishing you the best of luck |
