Continuing my long list of posts about schemas. I am having an insonia and decided to do a research on young, on good reads. The existent books are more for practitioner's but this particular one seemed more accessible to common mortal, to me: Cognitive Therapy Personality Disorders Schema Focused Approach.
I sorry for being so attention seaker, but this calms downs my sleeppy wondering mind.

PS - I am reading a peoples trageddy while half a sleep.

Everyday I discover more about myself. I am trying to keep sharing along. The way.

Mindfulness perhaps. Today was the day of ranting on my odd/mean residency supervisor. Everybody says she is good and nice, but I see otherwise. I see someone obsessive, superficial, with very little (none) emotional inteligence. I kept shut until today, shutting up is the worst. I said mean things about the perfect lady that makes my life miserable. And decided I am right and I am going to start ignoring her.
I feel so much peace after that.

Apparently my shrink (very smart - proud of her) sister. (#Argumentumadldverecundiam) opened my eyes to a case of very funcional autism... Damm! Where are my supervisor emotions and emotion recognition? No where were I can find them. Bad for me, not for me to deal with, specially when it brings me so much suffering.

What's wrong with my meds? Even my anxiolytic is causing me restlessness. I guess I m better off without them. I m going to reduce their dosage gradually... that's the only solution that I can think of.
What do you say little turtle and fuzzy and the others?
I m already much better(feel more peaceful) after I stopped prozac and amisulpride(anti-psychotic).

I would wait for your doctor if the appointment doesnt take long, secundary effects are terrible, but they pass. With me the only meds that work were the only ones that may me feel bad things. The others were like sugar.

I couldn't stand the anxiety, realized, this is working.
My strategies:

Mindfulness
Talk/talk/talk about what makes you nervous
One step at a time
Wait.
(One extra benzo on the side three times)
My doctor is going to be there.

Forgive my words, but my psych doctor is a real piece of shi*. You know, I was having restlessness from my anti-psychotic and I asked for something like benzatropine... he increased the dosage of the anti-psychotic and refused to give me any anti-restlessness med. I have doubts at times if he is a bit sick in the mind..
like if he likes to see his patients in pain

And sadly, he is still probably the only psych doc out here who is the least perverted and prescribes meds with the least side effects. I have been to two more doctors before him - one of them molested me during a routine physical exam and another one who tried to rub my arm and hypnotise me. Out here I can't even sue them... they are going to say that I m delusional. I live with my parents and they too will say the same and maybe get me locked up in a psych hospital.
