1) brush teeth - a) in the morning b) after lunch c) after dinner - yes
2) make bed - yes
3)take shower - yes
4) clean bedroom - not yet
5) wash hankerchief - yes
6) give food to the stray cats - yes
7) decide what to cook for tomorrow - yes
8) do the dishes - yes
9) take care of pet - yes
10) exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min - yes
b) sit-ups - 40 - not yet
Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... Just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future.

My most important plans for Tuesday:

- After breakfast; do the dishes
- Set the washing machine to work
- Go for a 35 minutes walk
- Think through what I want to talk to my therapist about
- Make grocery lists
- Grocery
- Rest
- Eat healthy and try to be mindful during the day
- Gymnastics

I washed the dishes this morning. I don't really have anything else planned. Maybe open some packages. I'm pretty caught up on what I want to do. Hope everyone is doing well!

I was tired after helping some people yesterday. I didn't eat well afterward. I woke up feeling extremely tired and felt unable to do anything this morning. After a while depression was creeping in.

I want to take it easy tomorrow. I will put on the dishwasher, try to eat an healthy breakfast and then try do some gymnastics. After that I hope to do some errands and more ... (Hope i will feel better tomorrow)

I made it to my doctor's appointment. That was huge for me. I didn't really want to go. I don't have to go anywhere else until next week. I'm so glad. Now to do my chores, nap and relax.

I felt depressed while I woke up, but my brain has worked hard on how to fix the situation. I can be good at walking, but not so good at gymnastics (just a few very easy exercises). I decided to do more exercises, harder ones. I did so for half an hour. I feel that I fail to eat healthy. I decided to be able to do that. I did that today. I did everything I had planed for today and more, except the dishes.

Plans for Tuesday.

- Swich and swipe in the bath room
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Shower
- Do the dishes
- Plan for therapy
- Therapy
- Allow myself to think one hour after the therapy (let it sink in)
- Healthy dinner
- Walk for 32 minutes
- Relax

I ordered groceries this morning and I cleaned the litter box. I also took care of some other pet duties. Now I will try to relax. I've got some prep work to do in the kitchen. But that's about it. Hope everyone has a good day!

I did everything on the list except shower (I washed instead). When it comes to my outside walk, I used 45 minutes instead of the planned 32. (Feel a bit proud because I made it).

Plans for Friday:

- Swish and swipe in the bath room
- Eat a healthy breakfast (and try to make the rest of the day's meals healthy as well)
- Shower
- Do the dishes (only a small amount)
- Gymnastics (hard ones) for 30 minutes
- Rest
- Take important phone calls and more ...
- Plan for the rest of the day
- Try to decide how to use the weekend
- Fill my pill box

May you all feel that you accomplish at least something you can be proud of!

This morning I cut up tomatoes for salads and washed dishes. I feel pretty good about that. Later today I will pick up meds. I'm sort of anxious about that cause I have to leave my house. But I need my diabetes meds so I will force myself. I guess when it really comes down to it, it's not that bad of a task. Hope everyone has great success today!

All goals met except deciding what to do in the weekend and to fill the pill box.

My most important goals for Saturday:

- Swish and swipe in the bath room
- Eat a healthy breakfast (and try to make the rest of the day's meals healthy as well)
- Hygiene
- Write a grocery list
- Walk for 45 minutes
- Grocery
- Rest
- Use washing machine if needed
- Take important phone calls and more ...
- Plan how to use Sunday
