New year, new day, new feeling
take me away from all that is lost help ne forget, stop climing the ceiling be gone all yesterdays ghosts. Take me to patures new away from this mess of a life colour is blue pain it cuts like a knife.... each obstacle course of a day goal posts become higher feelings, emotions fray already I tire..... heart sinking, lead, heavy can hardly stand I feel so ready for that promised land.... Please, a hand to hold catch my aching soul I need to be told one day I will be whole..... Emotions rund deep like the grand canyon's layers all I weep would fill, even through prayers. Please dont give up on me please help me change struggling you see Is my life within range? right now, cant see it....... sorry need my T....another week without.....cant call her either.... struggling struggling struggling ![]() ![]() ghosts of Christmas past haunting, taunting, wont let go Jinny/treasure |

So sorry you are feeling lost. You do have quite a bit of company...that I know without doubt. Things will get better for all of us.

Since you are so good at writing my friend...how about writing to your T. As you write to your T about things, try to envision them sitting at your table with you....try to envision what T would be saying to you. Maybe you can go over in your mind the things you have already discussed with T. Remembering the lessons learned to this point may be just the ticket to helping you through the next minute, the next hour, the next day, the next week until T returns.
