I can feel my mood getting lower everyday. It always happens like this - I start to feel a little better, and then I start spiraling downward again, and that's where the suicide thoughts come in. I'm switching therapists, so hopefully she'll be able to help me with the suicide thoughts and self-harm. I'm sorry, I just had to get this out. I hope you guys are doing
okay - you all are wonderful, helpful people.

Cat Eye,
I get the same way sometimes. I hope that your T can help you!! Nothing is worse then just feeling yourself slip low and not know why...
My thoughts are with you.

Hi Cat Eye,

I hope that all goes well for you in your change of Therapists. I often feel this way too. I am bipolar only rapid cycling and when the mood slips down for me it at times seems never going to go back up again. I wish you well, and do hope you start feeling better- Don't give in to the depression-it lies to us! Peace-Chris
