Today:
1. Do yard work.
2. Go on at least one short walk.
3. Exercise with small hand weights and/or YouTube video for arms.

Completed all three tasks.

Tomorrow want to
1. Mow the front yard since it’s going to rain Friday.
2. Write letter to my niece.
3. Write thank you letter to my mom.

So far I have taken care of my cat's meds and cleaned the litter box. Later I will take a shower.

Today I want to:

1. Wash dishes.
2. Do some art.
3. Read in bed.

Today completed one out of three tasks, mowed the front yard. Sent my mom text messages, and need to write cards to my mom and niece. Today was tired after doing yard work so dragging around some.

I started unloading the dishwasher. Maybe I can finish that this morning. I did work on art and read some.

I completed #1 and #2 but went to bed before the lecture. I can catch the replay. Today, I’d like to:

1. Run errands
2. Finish the den
3. Cook a good meal
4. Dive into my new adult coloring books

I’ve already started the den and completed about 2 hours of planning.

Today I cleaned the litter boxes, washed dishes and ordered groceries. I don't have energy to do anything else. I was happy this morning. Now I am very sad. My online therapist said that I needed to open up more. So I did. And the flood gates opened. I went from a zero on the depression scale to an 8. I don't want to do anything now. I don't want to celebrate Halloween like I planned. I think I will quit therapy. It's not good for me to talk about my problems.

@Deilla, it seems to me a very good idea for a thread. I also tried to do it in the Social phobia forum but I didn’t get any reply. So, I’m grateful for your thread here.

Today I’m grateful because I got overcome a deep depression, one more day of feeling a complete person. I celebrate it.

Then, I interacted online with my two siblings and my nephew and niece. My sister even made me cry of jubile because she showed me how much she cares.

@Deilla, these downs are normal. Why your therapist told you that you had to open yourself up more. I think the person gives all what (s)he can give at a certain time.
I quit my last psychologist because she asked me too much in a moment I couldn’t give more. For me it was a reg flag. For me, she lost the trust I had on her. Noone, neither a therapist has the right to pressure you. It’s about ourselves and the main concerned people are ourselves so ....

@AzulOscuro, thank you! It's a red flag to me too. I feel that she was out of line to push me. She said she was giving me a gentle nudge. Like I said, I tried. It's been 5 hours of troubling emotions since then. But I've been doing some reading, and that is helping. I want to hear her response. I may find another therapist after. This evening I did tell her I couldn't talk about it anymore. I ended up having flashbacks. I'm much better now.

Maybe, you can tell your therapist how you felt when (s)he pushed you and clear things up. In the end, they are also persons and can make mistakes. Maybe I was very radical but I felt judged and I couldn’t stand it.
The reading work you did, you know, it counts a lot too. Whatever you do to heal your wounds and help yourself is also very important.

I was able to clean the litter box, get rid of my trash and do a little bit of cooking. So I feel good about that.

Today, I want to:

1. Wash my fruits and vegetables.
2. Use my juicer.
3. Fix my hamburger. I already cooked the patties.

I was able to wash some vegetables and use my juicer. I didn't have the energy needed to fix my burger though.

Tomorrow, I will:

3. Wash clothes.

I was able to clean the litter box, wash the juicer and do a load of laundry.

For the rest of the day, I will:

1. Play my game.
2. Watch TikTok
3. Read in bed.

I don't plan to bother with cooking. I will order my food today. If I have energy, I'll brush my teeth. For the most part, I will sit in my chair, sleep or sit in bed. This morning I used my iPhone to feed the cats. That's all I can handle.

I did everything but the fun errand on the list. I’ll do it tomorrow. My Zoom meeting starts in 45 minutes.

Tomorrow I will:

2. Take care of my glasses

I did some cooking yesterday. It was nice. I played my game this morning. And I plan to clean up my kitchen later today.

Thanks for starting this back up, Delia! I have been struggling badly with a relapse into depression lately (treatment resistant), and following this thread might help me.

Well today was bad, but I did complete an hour of work, did one Zoom call, and did some homework.

I also did walk the dogs and cooked breakfast.

Weekends tend to be harder for me than week days, so I may be more present here on weekend days to stay accountable.

My goals for tomorrow are to workout, finish homework for one class, do 2 hours of work, and practice my violin. That's not normally a lot for me but that feels like a lot right now. Ug.

Yesterday, I was busy. I changed the sheets on my bed, cooked and washed clothes. I was able to do some cleaning in my kitchen and I read a little bit. So that was nice. Today I am tired and want to relax as much as possible. The only difficult thing I have is to take a shower. I just set up a shower bench and got my shower head ready, so I'll see how it goes. So today, I hope to do the following:

1. Take a shower.
2. Read in bed.
3. Play my game.
