I became somewhat better after the meal. I have skipped most meals the two last days. The corona situation is depressing me. I need to keep going and not lose hope now.

My plans for tomorrow:

... Up early hopefully at 07:00
... Eat breakfast at 07:30
... Remember to take vitamins
... Work in the kitchen from 9:00 - 10:00
... Try to work online for one hour.
... Work on own problems for one hour
... PAUSE
... Homework until it's time to make dinner
... Rest after dinner
... Choose if I want to work online or continue with cleaning
... Use the evening for hobbies or Netflix (it is for distracting from SAD
thoughts).
... Go to bed before 23:00

To all: Take care!

I've been in bed most of the day pretty sick. I need to clean the litter box. I just don't feel well enough to deal with it. I hope tomorrow morning I can do it. These are my plans for tomorrow:

1. Clean the litter box.
2. Take out the trash.
3. Clean up in the dining room.

Hope everyone is well!

I did get enough sleep. My meals have been heaIthy. I have worked in the kitchen, but I have not done my work online. I have been able to work 25 more minutes in the kitchen then expected. Am happy about that! I worked on own problems (CBT) for about 30 minutes. Glad I was able to do that. I already feel more optimistic, now, then I did yesterday. I think that has happend because I have used my day in a stuctured frame. The way I see it, to make structure, is to take control over the situation. The frontal cortex is working while the impulses in the limbic system is lowered. Am reading a book about CBT on how to lower depression and anxiety ... (everybody can find were these areas in the brain are located by doing a google search).

My plans for tomorrow:

... Up early hopefully at 07:00
... Eat breakfast at 07:30
... Remember to take vitamins
... Religious practice
... Work in the kitchen from 9:00 - 10:00
... Continue the work with the CBT selfhelp book for 30 - 45 minutes.
... Sit down and plan what is most crucial to get done and in what order.

Have to come back tomorrow to write the full plan.

To all: Take care!

My time working in the kitchen today was longer than yesterday. I am glad to see that I am able to do more than I think I can do. I worked for 1 hour with the CBT selfhelp book. I saw a program at Netflix and then made a healthy dinner. I rested for one hour. Am tired now and will not do more work today, just relax.

I will not make big plans for Saturday, but keep the same morning routine.

... Up early hopefully at 07:00
... Eat breakfast at 07:30
... Remember to take vitamins
... Religious practice
... Out with trash
... Shower
... A trip to the grocery shop, just a few things (I use a mask).

If I don't see you tomorrow I want to wish all a good weekend, now!

I was able to clean the litter box. I also washed dishes. I did have plans to open packages for today. But I don't want to do it now. I'm very tired.

I hope all of you are well! Happy weekend!!

I just haven't been motivated. I did wash dishes this morning. And I cleaned the litter box. I'm avoiding taking the trash out. I need to clean up my living room. But it's completely overwhelming. I don't know where to start.

Wishing everyone a good Sunday!

I was able to make a huge dent in my living room. I just started with the packages on my coffee table. I opened almost all of them. Next, I have boxes to open. My living room will be my main focus today.

I became sick. I have done some of the goals for today. The rest has to wait either to the evening or to tomorrow.

Although I enjoyed my 3 day event immensely, it was long hours and I am now behind a bit on my chores, errands and inner work. I will parcel things out throughout the week so I can get things done smoothly and stress free.

Warm regards to all.

I took my trash out this morning. I also did some cooking and I ordered groceries. I will put everything away and then break for the day. I'm a little tired. I will primarily play my game and watch a workshop I have.

Best wishes to all for a splendid day!

Thank you! I had a fall in the level of glucose in my blood stream and became so enormously tired afterward and then depressed.

I have seen a program about people who struggled to become drug free. That helped me. I mean it helped me to remember how much I have struggled to be able to be where I am today. (I have never had problems with drugs, but we are all human and to think about that helped). I have build a life that was worth living against traumas and flashbacks. For the time being Corona takes away so much. The vaccination of the population, here, are going in slow tact. It is difficult to not be able to participate in the society the way I used too.

Tomorrow:

I will put my shoes and pigs on and go for a walk after breakfast (snow, cold and slippery outside). When I come home after that , I will write a list.

I wish you well, Jennifer, with your try to pick up your routines again!

To all: Be well and take care, one step at the time!

What is that saying about the best laid plans of mice and men? Mom woke up today in bad shape so I stayed right by her side until late in the evening. That was the important thing to do. She is now in good spirits and back on her feet again after some TLC. I’ll double up tomorrow or push some things into next week.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day tomorrow.

I opened a box this morning with my new blender and I unloaded the dishwasher. I want to wash the blender and my other dishes. Yesterday, I played my game some and watched an inspirational video. Today, I hope to do the following:

1. Open more boxes.
2. Load the dishwasher.
3. Do my workshop.

Hope everyone has a good day today!

Take the days as they come, Jennifer. It was in the generation before us it was a big shame to not have the house in order. But routines are important for mental health, so try as best you can to keep at least small routines.

I overslept for 4 hours today My blood sugar was so low that I did not dare to take my diabetes medication. I feel very tired. I have used the day, so far, to read Newspapers and looking at programs for my religion. The tiredness has not had an impact on my mood tough. I am sitting here telling myself that the best I can do is to try to enjoy the day the way it is.

For now I will measure my blood glucose, eat, take a small walk, winter dressed from top to toe, and visiting grocery for a few things I need.

My highest priority for this day: To come through the day as best I can, be satisfied with that, eat healthy and go to bed at a decent time.

To all: Take care and accept your situations as best you can!

It was hard to walk outside in the snow. It was hard to see in thre grocery shop because of dew on the glasses.

Now I am home resting a bit and, of all things, I am going to eat a small chocolate, forbidden fruit for me.

...First after that will I make a plan for the rest of the day.

I loaded the dishwasher and then slept until 11 am. All I've had time for today is self-care and pet care. The only thing I have planned for the rest of the day is to play my game. I am tired.

Hope all of you are well. Best of luck with your goals!

PS. What I call 'pigs' or 'piggs' has nothing to do with the animal pig. May be it is more adequate to use the word calk or nail. (Just in case somebody misunderstood). It is too much snow outside and I cannot sit inside and wait for it melting. I do not want to fall, so I have to use these Ice nails under my shoes.
